I have been dealing with this practice for at least 1 1/2 to 2 years, the service is horrible. You call the office to make an appointment and no one answers, the voice-mail comes on, I have left several messages and no one will call you back. Finally called one day and lucked up, made an appointment a morning appointment, 2 days before me appointment someone called to confirm, I missed the called but I was able to call back immediately and of course no one answered the phone went to voice-mail,left a message confirming that I was gonna to make the appointment. The day of my appointment I arrived 5 minutes early get to the office knocked on the door no one was there, I called and again the voice-mail. I waited outside the new office in bowie for 15 minutes and no one never showed up. After calling and knocking on the door, u left. I called at least 20 times and no one never answered nor called me back to apologize for no not showing up to open the office on time. I left work just to make the appointment. Now when a patient is late they cancel your appointment and when it's missed you are charged a fee, what happens when they don't show up ? This place has become very unprofessional now I have to find a entire practice.

Horrible service. I would never return to get any service done there. I got an implant done a few years ago and need to get access to the details of the procedure and have been calling the office for literally 5 months daily and have not gotten access to the records. Also my new dentist has been calling to get them and have had no luck either. Do not go here even for a simple teeth cleaning honestly. Love supporting minority businesses but not this one.

I really like them but lately I have been a bit disappointed. I have been calling to see if my implant has come in no answer. My procedure was back in January. You pay for services and no one answers the phone. I might have to look in to finding a new dentist for me and my family. This has become so frustrating at this point. I just need to talk to someone to get my procedure completed, then I think I will find another dentist.

I have been a patient at this dentist.office 10 years. To my disappointment, the dentist made an error in shaping my tooth when completing my crown. The crown popped off 3 times because there wasn't enough tooth to hold it. On the third pop off, it cracked. I returned to the Dr. Warner to talk about a redo. I asked for a redo without fees. The business manager refused to make an appointment without me paying. It has been 7 months and no one has called me to schedule seating the crown. I.paid a 1000 for.this crown. Dont let.this happen to you. Protect yourself go to another dentist

I am extremely disappointed and with this business. I have been dealing with them since June, attempting to get a crown. I paid for my crown and service up front, and now I can't even get anyone to pick up the phone. When my crown came in, no one from the business called me. It was supposed to take a couple of weeks and it took over a month. I called to inquire and I was told it had just arrived and I made an appointment for 2 weeks out. The night before my appointment, I received a call canceling my appointment due to flooding in the office. But was assured I would get a call right back to reschedule. No one ever called, and now no one answers the phone. I have left 3 voicemails and at this point I just want my money back. The dentist are really friendly and professional, but the way that I have been treated and disregarded has surely changed my opinion of this business.

I'm always scared to go to the dentist and this was my 1st time trying Warner Dental. They were all so nice. I got my teeth cleaned and they didn't hurt me not one time like my last dentist used to. My mouth didn't hurt or feel weird like it usually does after a cleaning. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Buyer Beware. I receive a number of services from this dental office and paid the deductibles with no questions asked. Upon receiving the (EOBs) Explanation of Benefits I realized I'd been over charged for just about every service I recieved. I then called the office and spoke to the Office Manger, who was very combative, who admitted I was owed a credit for some services but refused to discuss the rest of them because I had an outstanding balance. I explained there was a balance because they had not submitted all of the claims with all of the supporting information; Carefirst would pay everything once all of the claims were submitted; and I was owed a refund. (I paid a total of $180 out of pocket for something that should've been all of $80. This happened because the Office Manger ignored Carefirst's request for additional.- The request was displayed on the EOB and should've appeared in their claims system.) The office manager refused to listen to anything else I had to say and I ended up cancelling all future appointments and telling her I will no longer be doing business with them. I plan on reporting them to Carefirst and possibly persuing legal action to get my money back.

I had an appt for Jan 14 but there was a major snowstorm that caused everything to close. I never received a phone call from Warner to reschedule or anything. I had to wait 2 months to make another appt due to my job. I arrived on time and they said I don't have an appt scheduled yet they called, emailed, texted & left a voicemail about MY APPT! It took me two hours to receive a basic teeth cleaning. I expect more out of Warner Dental & I like to support black dentists especially but they should work on those issues specifically. Because follow up is VERY important.

I've been going here for about 5 years. The staff is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Offices are clean and wait time is minimal. I will continue to go there and I have referred friends and family.

Mr Warner and his yeam where great. Made me feel good about all the work I needed done to fix my pain/mouth. Highly recommended plus everyone who helped me where so nice i swear. I came in so much pain and left painless and received great treatment.
