People who are working at Warm Springs Family Dental are always friendly and welcoming, so my younger son and I have been looking forward to going back there every six months for our getting cleaning teeth done( we do carpool on 880 :)). Especially newer receptionists are extremely kind, dental assistants are professional and fun to have a chat during their treatments and dentists are outstanding. I really like their renewal inside look with Hawaii's photographs in the office which makes me comfortable. Since my husband, two grown sons and I moved to other city in East bay, we still go there because each our visits have been so excellent. Thank you all at the dentist office for your hard work and kindness to my family and me! Our teeth are so healthy and clean. I definitely want to recommend Warm Springs Family Dental to anyone who are children to adults.

I always look forward to my cleaning appointment with Chris. Not only is she the best in her field taking great care to give you a thorough cleaning but she pays attention to you as a patient and looks for details and potential problems. She found a pre cancerous lesion under my tongue. I'm very grateful that it was caught in time and all is well.

I have been with Warm Springs Family Dental since 1998. For almost 24 years, every visit and phone conversations have been very good experiences. All the doctors and staff members are very helpful and professional, and have been providing excellent service. I am very happy with them.

This is my first visit to their office as I had to change dentist due to the change in my insurance. The office staff is well organized and communicate very clearly. The front desk staff is courteous and pleasant. The dental hygienist Chris was superb, well spoken, explained the follow-up procedure clearly and for the first time ever, I left with zero soreness in my gums after my cleaning. Dr. Hansen was straight -forward and explained my issues clearly and professionally. I am very pleased with this group.

Christine went out of her way to call me to remind me to take antibiotics (knee replacements 2018) prior to my appointment. She also noticed my lower inner teeth need special attention, so she did extra cleaning there! Thank you Christine. See you in June! :)

I have been seeing Dr. Hansen for quite a few years and I always come out of my appointments very satisfied. The Hygenists are also very competent and patient. I have also referred this clinic to so many people and I have always received positive feedback.

My Husband & I have been going to Dr. Patterson, the father for the last 35yrs..we live in Cupertino, but we do not take time to drive to Fremont. Now Dr. Patterson (the father retired) the son Dr. Chris Patterson took his father's job & he is Great , Knowledgeable, kind & honest...We recommend him to every one who needs a dentist.....the office staff is also friendly & respectful.

You are in GREAT hands here - so you can relax! Dr. Hanson saved the day after I had a serious accident - did miracles! And both he and Dr. Patterson have done an excellent job with many other services I have had here. And they are the nicest human beings too - which matters. The hygienists are also very good. Christine has done most of my cleanings, and I find her to be very thorough.

Went for cleaning and, ugh, another crown job. This time the teeth cleaning hygienist did the gum numbing and then the anesthesia shots. She did a better job than the dentists as before my lips would be numb for many hours. This time my lips and mouth felt normal.

The staff is very amazing in a professional and friendly way! They truly make their clients feel comfortable and explain tooth care and procedures (such as cavity fillings and putting in crowns ) really well!

As always, the Warm Springs Family Dental office is very welcoming, the staff very efficient and personable. I've been a patient there for about 25 years, and there is not a time when I was not totally satisfied with the care I received. WSFD truly deserves its 5 stars.

This place is the best !! Usually I have some fear going to the dentist and with this place, no fear at all. The office staff is super cheery and polite. The techs and Dr Hansen are the best. Had a tooth pulled and I had no anxiety at all. Just relaxed as could be. I highly recommend this office !

Dr. Patterson and Dr. Hansen are brilliant & honest dentist. They are very compassionate and treat everyone with respect. Great bed side manner and the staff is very and warm and welcoming. They get 5* from me.

Have been going to this dentistry for almost 10 years. Great people, nice clean office and convenient location. Surely recommend to those looking for dentists in south Fremont area.
