Dr. Creager was raised on the family farm in the Ogden Valley. He attended Weber State University, obtaining a bachelor degree in Integrated Studies: Chemistry, Communications, and Zoology. He then studied dentistry at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating with a DMD degree in 2004. Dr. Creager returned home to start his dental practice in North Ogden and raise his family on the farm he loves. He is married to Morgan Creager and adores his six beautiful daughters and the recent addition of a baby boy!
He enjoys doing everything with his family: skiing, fishing, biking, reading, playing soccer, and especially working on the farm. He also makes it a priority to take part indental research, andget involved with the community and religious service. Dr. Creager is passionate about providing his patients with the best possible dental work and caring for each as an individual. One of his primary focuses is educating patients so they can make informed decisions and understand the care they are receiving.
At Ward Creager Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, we have brought together a team that is dedicated to providing you with the best dental experience possible. Each member is committed to his or her specific role in this process, be it taking your phone calls, providing routine cleanings, or major restorative care. Outside the office, we are equally committed to our families and communities.
Lani has been with Dr. Creager since 2005 and brings with her 25 plus years of experience navigating the ins and outs of the insurance world. She enjoys working with the best office team ever and loves interacting with patients and seeing the beautiful end results.

I am a current Dental Hygienist for Dr. Creager. I have worked/temped in 10 different offices and I have never seen a dentist as thorough, educated, and selfless as Dr. Creager. He will take as much time with a patient as they need to answer all of their questions, and provide the highest possible quality of care. He goes above and beyond to make sure that he and his staff are constantly learning and improving our evidence-based treatment. He participates in studies, is actively involved in the scientific community, to ensure that the treatment we provide is up to date with the latest research and technology. He treats patients like family, and tells them "if you were my family member, I would tell you to choose this treatment option." His moral compass is as straight as they come, and he will always do what is right, no matter the cost. If I didn't have to move to Oregon this Fall for my husband's schooling, I would work for him forever.

He consistently puts honesty and treating others right, and with kindness above all other considerations. He is one of the most trustworthy people I know. I don't feel like words can even begin to express how much I love Dr. Creager and his office. I have never felt more cared for and comfortable at the dentist as I do going to Dr. Creager. Dr. Creager is very attentive and he cares about every detail. My very first visit with him and every visit after has been very thorough, going through all my teeth making sure he caught any issues right off the bat. I've had several major things done with Dr. Creager that my other dentist didn't catch or that doctor Creager's had to fix. The whole process has been amazing. As Dr. Creager is working he is very good at letting you know what's going to happen next and is always making sure you're comfortable, which is just what this big chicken needs. Dr. Creager even goes out of his way to give you a call in the evenings after a procedure that may have been more extensive to make sure you're doing well. He'll answer any question that you have and make sure you feel good about everything that's going on. Dr. Creager's staff is very loving and comforting.You feel right at home the second you walk in the door. Everyone has a smiling face and is so sweet and kind. If you're all nervous to go to the dentist as I am I believe you will appreciate Dr. Creager's approach and his office.

This was my first visit to Dr. Creager. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Creager is very personable and an excellent dentist. He is very thorough in his exams and cares for his patients well being. I also had an amazing hygienist. Kristen was very gentle and was very concerned with my comfort level. The best cleaning I've every had! I highly recommend Dr. Creager and his wonderful staff!

There are so many good things about Dr. Creager and his staff, but rather than write a dissertation, I will say two things... First, the staff makes it a point to know who you are the minute you walk in the door. I had never laid eyes on these people, but when I walked in the door for the first time, all of them said "Hi Melissa" like I was part of the family. Second, Dr. Creager is SO kind. I have a crippling fear of Doctors, and Dr. Creager has been so kind and understanding. He has done everything in his power to calm my fears and make me as comfortable as he can. I can't say that going to the Dentist is my favorite thing, but if I have to go, and I definitely do, I'm glad I can go to Dr. Creager. Thank you Dr. Creager and your wonderful staff!

Dr. Creager and his staff are the best. I was in desperate need of short notice dental work 5 weeks before having major surgery. Luckily, I found Dr. Creager after a frantic late-night search. He was able to squeeze me in for an appointment, diagnose my issue, and extract the offending wisdom tooth that same day. He and his staff showed excellent compassion and were true professionals at every step. Dr. Creager is now my dentist until he retires.

This is definitely the best dentist I have been too. They are awesome at what they do. They are friendly. They do not nickel and dime you or talk you into getting work done that you don't need. They have also been great with our daughter, who is now 5.

Karen is probably the best hygienist I've ever had! She does a fantastic job, is careful, thorough, and so much fun to talk to. Dr. Creager is the consummate professional: polite, kind, and attentive. He doesn't try to upsell you on unnecessary products/services. We will be coming back as long as we live near this practice.

Overall very good experience with this office. I recently moved from Michigan and needed to find a good dentist for my BAD teeth. Dr. Creager is friendly, professional, and very informative. I had to have two crowns done and from JoAnna's (front office) positive help making my choice to try this office to the hygienist and the dentist I consider myself fortunate to have found this dentist office for my wife (she is going to her first visit soon) and myself. If you're looking for a new dentist, or considering, you can't find somewhere better (I've looked).
