Charges for our services are due at the time of treatment. A recommended plan or options will be discussed with you. If the treatment requires multiple visits, a payment schedule or outside financing can be arranged.
Dental insurance is intended to cover part of the cost of treatment, depending on the contract with your union or employer. You are responsible for the entire amount. If we know the percent and the deductibles, you will only have to pay your portion. Try to bring the insurance forms and booklet along on your first visit.
