If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I had an oral surgery performed here for my braces. I had to go for a consultation a month or two before they could schedule my actual surgery. When I went in I provided my insurance info and they gave me a contracted price we signed on and I agreed to pay my amount at date of surgery. October came and I went in for my surgery date and I brought in my 400 some dollars of what I owed. I told the front desk lady I had gotten a new insurance and wanted to make sure it was taken before I went back for surgery. She dismissed me and said she already had my insurance info. Luckily my partner was standing there and insisted that I make her run my new card. She rolled her eyes and said okay, took my card and ran it, then said "oh wow this is different." She then said we were good to go and I went back for my surgery. A month later, I receive a bill from the surgery date stating I owe 651 dollars because my insurance was not accepted. I have brought in an insurance advocate from the corporation I work with to fight on my behalf as well but they refuse to admit their wrongdoing in this situation. The surgery was in October and I just got a bill that they sent me to collections and now want me to pay $800 for something that WAS COMPLETELY THEIR FAULT. It's one thing for a dentistry to eat an 800 dollar mistake, it's a lot more major for me to do that on an individual basis. I keep trying to call and talk to the receptionist and can barely ever get anyone to answer the phone. I am filing with the better business bureau now as a result. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS AWFUL.

One star is over rating the billing department. Told me they bill my two insurances. Billing lady was nasty. Lied and never billed my insurance. For 70 dollars. Sent me to collections. When I made my appointment they said they would take my insurance delta dental. Then they don't take it and don't even call me or send a bill. They just send to collections. Stay away from this place and don't deal with billing lady !

If you HAVE to have oral surgery this is the place. The staff was outstanding and clearly explained everything they were going to do and genuinely cared. Post op instructions were clear but meaningful.

Rude, unprofessional staff. I recommend Dr Seitz in York who is much easier to schedule with!

I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed at the age of 24, last summer 2020. All of the staff, nurses, and Dr. Waltz himself were amazing people! My consultation went beautifully, they are very polite, gentle, and explanatory. The day of surgery, they gave a pamphlet to my father (my driver) and talked to him about what to expect post surgery and any care instructions. I was called to go back within 10-15 minutes of arriving in the office, and everyone was chipper and reassuring. I had never been put under before and was a bit nervous. The nurses talked out everything that was going on as they got me prepped for anesthesia and were very upbeat and positive. Dr. Waltz and another nurse shifted in and gently talked to me as I got "laughing gas", the needle, and drifted off - Lord knows if I said anything weird after that LOL. I had a beautiful healing process, a follow up appointment, and a very detailed post surgery/healing pamphlet plus the office is just a phone call away if I had any questions. I recommend everybody to Dr. Waltz! I dare to say that I'd do it all again ... because my experience was so great there! Lol Thank you Waltz Center!!

Rude, unprofessional staff. I recommend Dr Seitz in York who is much easier to schedule with!
