The staff is very friendly, quite caring for new patients. I was quite comfortable considering I have always had high anxiety, going to the dentist, but I think that's a lot of people besides myself!

I'm totally afraid of dentist and dental equipment, I'd rather do Anything else but go to the dentist. Having said that, this place makes me feel comfortable and pain free.

Will not go to this dentist practice again. They charged $399 for a cleaning, x-rays, exam after being told the charge would be much lower than that. I have excellent insurance but it only pays $112 for this service. Also, an employee there said some personal and offensive things regarding our family members. Not professional or appropriate!

The staff is amazing. They are always welcoming and cheery. They create a friendly and warm atmosphere. Although going to a dentist's office has never been something I look forward to, I do always looking forward to seeing everyone on staff there!

I have been coming here for many years. They are polite, respectful, and helpful. Elizabeth has been my hygienist for the whole time and she does an amazing job cleaning my teeth.

My husband is a patient here, and unfortunately had very bad teeth. We had gone to MANY dentists in the area and even other counties in New York, with absolutely no help for his teeth. As soon as he went here, we had hope again! The staff and dentist are patient and caring and amazing at there job! They were understanding and truly compassionate with caring for my husband. So much so, I have gotten over my terrible fear of going to the dentist with my very bad teeth and will be going here as well. My husband has regained the confidence he deserves and we are forever grateful for Walton Dental.

Giving it ANY stars because the hygienist and dentist were amazing. We were billed an astronomical amount and being out of network, the insurance only pays so much - but never had an out of network dentist charge as much as they did. They knew our insurance prior to and said it would be covered in full except for $10. We also know someone who works with us with the same insurance who has never paid more than $10 for cleanings here! Long story short - got a bill for almost $500 (for cleanings and xrays) AFTER insurance paid. They called me not even 2 weeks after the cleanings on a Thursday to tell me the insurance didn't pay much and wanted payment over the phone right then. I wasn't prepared for that amount and told them I couldn't pay right then and wanted to call insurance to make sure they didn't mess up before I paid (otherwise I'd have to wait weeks to get my money back). I also wanted a statement and I was told "they don't send out statements". The very next day, they sent me to collections!! Never received anything in writing with any amount owed to them! I called them Monday and Pat, the receptionist who I spoke with the prior week, was so rude to me telling me I refused payment and had witnesses (who says that?!?) and then hung up on me! Tuesday, I got a statement in the mail... imagine that! Reported to the BBB as well - couldn't believe they sent me to collections without sending me a statement or even allowing 30 days to pay. Heck - I didn't even get 2 DAYS to pay once I knew the amount! Feel like we were overcharged and then some... and then the disrespect by Pat on top of that?!? Never before and never again! We will definitely be spreading the word!
