I went to this facity for the first time. I am new to Georgia (from California). I was first impressed by the updated equipment. Tbey took xrays of my teeth in one circular swoop with a machine I had never seen before. Very impressed. The next thing I was impressed by was the way they did the individual xrays, no pain. Also the cleaning was very thorough and painless. Dr. Posey met with me before I left and reviewed my xrays and let me know everything was ok, but also let me know of any upcoming issues we need to keep an eye on. I Loved my first visit. I will be back in 6 months.

I waited over 2 hours today. My apt was at 9 and they didn't start on me until after 11. I had perry routine dental procedure, but I'm in pretty bad pain even hours later.

My tongue is beat up and bloody. The woman who did my bridge work was impersonal and only gave me vetbal post-procedure directions and nothing written. I cone back in 3 weeks for my permanent bridge and I don't want her taking care of me

I called to get pricing for my boyfriend. He needed to get a tooth pull and pricing for the exam l and X-ray but while in the midst I was hung up on. Wow! That's no way to provide top tier service..... not good!
