This place is really bad ... they didn't want to see me just because i asked for a mask .. mad lady who said she is the manager said she didn't want to take my appointment anymore .she didn't care that I had teeth pain . Never coming back here again

This was my first time at Waltham Dental. I was impressed with the friendly, efficient staff. Reception staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Kim, and her assistant were , patient , professional, and, focused on my issue. I would recommend, Waltham Dental, and I will continue to keep up with my dental care here.

This was my second cleaning at this facility. I waited over 25 minutes to be seen for my cleaning. There was 1 other person in the waiting room, so hardly busy to have waited so long. Once I was finally seen, the dentist was one of the worst I have ever had for a cleaning. I've had my fair share amount of dental work, from braces, to a crown from a chipped tooth as a child and recently, wisdom teeth surgery. I've never had anyone cause me more pain from a simple cleaning. I'd say my tolerance for dental work is pretty high. He proceed to tell me o should brush and floss my teeth better so my gums wouldn't bleed. My gums are bleeding because you are repeatedly poking me with a sharp metal object, not gently.

Dr. Kim and the staff at Waltham Dental are wonderful. I get a little anxious about having dental work done. However, Dr. Kim is so good at making sure NOTHING ever hurts. She also has a very peaceful, calm energy and explains things very well. Her assistant and rest of the staff make every visit very comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. Fortunately I'm a little older than her so hopefully I'm a lifer.

Always a pleasure. Kind folks. The office is always running on time and you never have to wait. Making an appointment is also easy. They also use the water pick for cleaning rather than the endless scraping. I'm always in and out super fast. One of the best dentist offices I've been to in my entire adult life. Their setup is also super clean and safe. Thank you!

The employees are on point with time scheduling, courteous, and very caring about the health of your teeth, and they will put a smile on your face when your feeling sad!! I would recommend you go there if you wZnt a healthy smile. The establishment is very clean and sanitized..
