I'm speaking from my experience and my experience only. I had a toothache for 2 days I called today August the 5th after I couldn't take anymore.. everybody was wonderful from the receptionist working with me to get me in on short notice.to the dental hygienist who was awesome to Dr .James approach was very good

Dr. James and Dr. Carlisle are both excellent surgeons, high skilled as my surgery was a difficult one. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking services. The staff is very friendly at put me at ease. I AM GRATEFUL for them for a most excellent job...5 star......

Dr Walter James is a amazing oral surgeon! I had two extractions! He numbed me up and was done less than 5 minutes!!! Couldn't believe I didn't feel a thing!! Highly recommend him! Already shared his information with a friend the day of my treatment!! Very friendly staff!! So thankful my dentist sent me to him!!

These people are AMAZING! The day of consultation Dr. Walter explain EVERYTHING thoroughly. The day of my procedure my IV meds were given and next thing I was up from my procedure of 4 wisdom teeth being removed. I didn't notice when Dr. Walter started the procedure and I didn't feel ANYTHING during the procedure. After the procedure I had minimal swelling to my right side of my jaw. As the sedation of my mouth started to wear off I had minimal pain (NOTHING intolerable). Super friendly people from the front end to the back end. I would recommend this place ANYDAY! Thank you Dr. Walter and staff! GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!!

Both my wife and I have had teeth extracted here both were flawless visits. Just a wonderful staff and doc. 10/10 would recommend

So I had a wisdom tooth and the one next to it that needed to be pulled. It was infected so the first visit I just got the X ray and the antibiotic prescription. I made the appointment to be out under sedation but I didn't have a ride and you need one so I ended up getting just numbed. Man it was a breeze. The nurse I forget her name because I asked her just to include it in the review. She was really nice and distracting. So I did wait about a hour to be seen but I was 15 minutes late so I guess it evens out. So he numbed me up and then went to work. The tooth next to the wisdom came out no problem. It's just annoying having the needle to numb you but after that you don't feel anything. Although the nurse was a little slow on the suction. Now the wisdom tooth was really bad so he had to cut that one I didn't feel the cutting but I did feel extreme pressure when he finally got I pulled out. But it was ok because it was just a moment and then it was over. Now on the way home it really started to bother me so he prescribed me some pain meds. Which was great because it hurts after the numbing agent wears off. But am I glad I was able to get them pulled. I would recommend go and if you have a ride to get the general anesthesia I bet thats even better

Omg, the staff as well as the dentist were outstanding. 3 teeth removed and didn't feel a thing. Awesome guys.

Hello, I am four days post op. Dr James was wonderful, I really loved his nurse Wendy. I was so nervous and they provided me with anti anxiety medication before my procedure... once my IV was in I was out like a light and woke back up shortly after my procedure. I never had much pain or swelling.... which was awesome. I'm still eating soft foods but couldn't be more pleased with the results and recovery!
