Karen is very active in the Scouting program as a leader and trainer. During her free time, she enjoys camping and other outdoor activities with her husband, 3 boys and giant Schnauzer. She is also a singer in a local band!
Pam has been a Registered Dental Hygienist working in the Finger Lakes area for over 20 years. She joined the team at Dr. Decks office in Spring of 2016. Pam is friendly, caring and knowledgeable in her care of patients. She strives to make every patients experience comfortable and relaxing. Pam is dedicated to providing care and information that will help patients improve and maintain their dental health for a lifetime.
Pam continues to stay current with advances in the dental hygiene profession by frequently attending continuing education classes in a variety of topics with special interest in periodontics and nutrition.
Michelle has 20+ years of experience as a Certified Dental Assistant. She enjoys working at Dr. Decks office because of the staff and the fact that everyone feels like family. Her polished organizational skills and genuine dedication to patients, the practice, and staff easily stand out. Said Michelle: I am one who loves to joke and make everyone laugh. Im the morning person in the office the one who comes through the door smiling and singing, said Jill. No, thats a lie. But I do have a great sense of humor and provide a lot of laughter, she added. Jill has been a hygienist for 30+ years, and prides herself on being a caring and compassionate people person. She brings this experience to her current position of office manager. I'm very cautious and have had alot of issues with dentist in the past. This has been a very good experience, great Dr and a wonderful staff. Makes it a joy going to the dentist. Would highly recommend coming here to anyone.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. Firstly Dr Deck will refer you to another dentist if it's any kind of real dental work. So if your looking for a dentist, one to get to know and trust this isn't for you. He will send you off to another dentist he works with so they all get paid a little" Here's my main compliant: In the midst of the pandemic a few weeks ago I called the office in the am because one of my back molars had chipped in my sleep. I received a return call from Doctor Deck and I asked if we could go into the office and see what he thinks. He responded asking if I could send him a picture on my phone. So I sent him the picture he called back without seeing me in person and said it was a root canal I would need to see a surgeon he just " happened" to have two people he works with near by. A week later he sends me a bill for $30 because he called me for 4 minutes !!!! Never once mentioned I'd be billed for the call nor did he even do anything !!!! ZERO STARS is what's been earned here I wouldn't recommend anyone to this sloppy setup !!!

Being a patient at Dr. Deck's office has been an absolute joy. The entire staff is extremely warm and personable and very professional. Everyone, including Dr. Deck, works to get to know their patients on a personal level and this makes every experience at this office extremely comfortable. I can not sing their praises more and have always recommended people to go to this office. I have full trust that this office truly cares about their patients oral health and works hard to give their patients the best care possible.

For nearly 7 years I have had top-notch dental care here! They are wonderful!! My husband, who normally puts off going to the dentist, was so pleased about the pain-free procedure he had there! Anyone looking for dental care should definitely choose this office!
