'My team at Walnut Hill Dental Group is understanding and sensitive to your dental fears or anxiety. We want you to know that we are always here for you, and will handle your anxiety by doing whatever it takes to make you comfortable. We even offer two types of sedation dentistry to relieve you of your worry during your visits. Nitrous oxide, or laughing gas is used to relax you for your procedures to make getting help easier. We also offer oral sedation, which is in pill form, as an option as well. Using sedation will help ease your mind, and is available for all treatments. Too often I see new clients come in after avoiding treatment because of previous bad experiences at other offices without knowing our team can provide the solution to their fear. Now those clients are enjoying their dental visits by virtually sleeping through them without any pain or worry at all. Let the best dentists in Pasadena help you get out of pain.'

Happy with actual care I've received and happy with the billing department. However, dealing with the front desk can be frustrating. From making it difficult to retrieve records, to them forgetting to cancel appointments after I call to cancel multiple times. It seems very hit or miss with quality received.

I did a cleaning and then a deep cleaning for my gums a year ago, and that in itself was fine. However, I got an outrageous dental plan to fix fillings and such for thousands of dollars that they suggested was necessary (in which I never ended up doing any of it). I had to switch dentists due to relocating, and my new dentist did not agree that I needed anything other than a cleaning and general dental care. I'm not saying this was intentionally malicious or whatever, but it was shades of grey strange. Buyer beware, I guess.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I came in as a new patient and even thought they did not accept the insurance I have, I decided to try out their NEW PATIENT special anyways. The front office staff is warm, lovely and make you feel welcome. They have a lovely office that is setup perfectly for handling multiple patients. X-rays are instant so you can see them right in front of you as they take them. The doctor was quick, thorough and let you know along with the dental assistant what you have and what is needed. No pressure on doing the work but you have options on taking care of what's priority in that check up. Dr. Amtol who did my basic cleaning went above and beyond with her work. She is AMAZING! I know good work because my mom is a retired dentist and I know what great work looks and feels like. Thank you!! I am definitely recommending this office to friends and family because it is local, friendly and top notch.

I've been going to walnut hill dental for 11years. I was referred by a co worker, after years of neglecting my teeth. Dr. Micheal Shnorhavorian is extraordinarily knowledgeable analyzing all the dental work I need and identifying all procedures need to address in ways I can understand. Particularly some nice I'm always nervous in the dentist chair explains what he's goi to do just before he does it so I know what occurring makes my visits more comfortable. The administrative staff is friendly and accommodating when it comes to my appointment needs and their hygienist staff are so pleasant and efficient,I've come to trust is office so much for my Dental needs...!

I have only been with Walnut Hill Dental for 2 months, but so far am very happy with the quality of care. It was recommended that I have 6 fillings, a root canal with a crown, and a deep cleaning. It's a lot, but I recently left my other dentists because I felt like they were not very proactive in my dental care. I had gone to another dentists a few months prior to Walnut Hill Dental, and they pretty much gave me the same assessment. At Walnut Hill Dental, they take pictures of your entire mouth to show you why the work is needed. You are then given a an estimate of the costs and then can determine if you want all or some of the work done without any pressure. Dr. Elizabeth did a great job on my fillings and Dr. Michael spent a lot of time on my root canal and patiently answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with both. Talin the Dental Hygenist is wonderful. You can tell she is very passionate about her work. She told me she likes working in this office because she wants to do a thorough job and doesn't feel pressure from the dentists to hurry as other offices do. The rest of the staff is also great. Very helpful and professional. They do take their time on the procedures, which I like, but I work from home. If you are in a hurry or have to get back to the office, make sure you add some extra time so you are not in a rush to get back.

I came to the Dentist Dr Wolfe on Friday 4/12/2019 at 4pm with a huge pain in one of my right tooth (i mentioned the pain came when i touched my crown). They did a radiography and a scanned image to check it and i was diagnosed with a cavity in a tooth next to the crown informing that the crown was also a bit cracked. I just asked them to remove all my pain on the same day but they only work in the tooth next to the crown only and closed the cavity with some paste and told me that they had to go and that they will finish the work on monday 4/15/2019 at 4:30 pm. I was left all the weekend with an unveliabable pain and they prescribed me with amoxicillin and ibuprofen knowing that i will be suffering from an incompleted work charging me already the $49 for the initial analysis of the problem and $1789 for the process of reparing the tooth next to the crown and the crown. It's unacceptable from my point of view to pay that amount of money without being assisted immediately and removing the pain of a person. My right gum started to be infected during all this long wait. I was unable to sleep, work and do nothing all the weekend. When i returned back on Monday 4/15/2019 they did a "more deep" scan and stated that the root canal of the crown was totally broke and they told me that needed to remove it and charged me $350 in addition of what I paid while i was praying them since friday to remove my pain. So they did a bad diagnose of the problem i had on friday and on the detailed scan they finally got to know what the problem was letting my right gum to infect causing more pain to me. That is also is a risk for the health of a patient that already paid them. They also wanted me to do a bridge afterwards with a bridge that will cost almost $5000 on top of the $1789 that I already paid them. I was with a lot of pain and i paid them the other $350 to remove my crown and told them i don't have $5000 extra to do the rest and prayed them to remove my pain once more. They removed it and I'm now relieved but I'm really dissapointed for the bad diagnose, for charging me a lot of money for doing nothing on Friday and letting me suffer an incredible pain during the weekend. This is not fair for the money I paid and knowing all what i went through they wanted me to pay $5000 for implants when they never solved my initial problem that was my pain. I usually don't leave feedbacks and besides that Dr Wolfe is a kind person and also provided me with her cellphone to notify any urgency. I wrote her all the weekend reporting all my pain and she knows what I've been through. I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else. Regards, Kurt
