Dr. Diep has been our dentist from many years and we've NEVER have had an uncomfortable experience. He and his staff are friendly, efficient and professional. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate, effective denial care. Update - Dr. Diep sold Walnut Family Dental and opened another office in Irvine ... Irvine Dental Studio.

Dr Diep and his staff are so friendly, thorough and do fantastic work. They are extremely patient as well considering the deep cleaning they had to do after being quarantined for almost a year and a half. Not only do get our regular cleanings and checkups there but have also gotten our Invisalign there as well for the family. I always recommend his office if anyone asks for reference.

Walnut Family Dental office is a very clean dental clinic. The doctors and nurses are very friendly. Their treatments are detailed and handled professionally. Highly recommended in the Walnut-Diamond Bar area.

I started using Walnut Family Dental while working in that area. Although I don't work around there any longer, I still drive (from San Bernardino) to Walnut Dental. They are friendly, prompt, professional, their billing and insurance interactions are accurate...I highly recommend. Dr Michael Diep is a cool guy and is very skilled and competent...again...I highly recommend.

Dr Diep and his staff are great. The front office is always very friendly and helpful on the phone. Wait is minimal unlike other dental offices. My 3 kids and I have been patients here for at least 5 years now and for many more years to come.

I have been having the worst experience with a dental office with Walnut Family Dental, I took my daughter to have a tooth removed, and even though I felt the price was high I still planned on returning therefore I decided to pay for the next visit in advance. Biggest mistake I could have ever done. I decided not to go back because I found a more affordable office. I asked for my money back, I had around $380 credit that had to be returned to me. To my surprise, I was only returned $310. After numerous calls, they picked up to tell me they would call me that same day at a later time, but they never called back A couple of days pass and I call again, but now nobody is answering my phone. I have a friend call, his phone is picked up right away. I have him ask them for me bout my refund. They say they will definitely call in a week. Two weeks pass by, and I finally decide to call back. Once again I am lied to.i was til they would call me same day. After hunting these people down for an answer, I am told that I actually owe them more money. This experience is unbelievable and unacceptable, why is it so difficult to explain to me why they are charging me so much, why is it I difficult to give me the money I gave them in advance because I trusted their service

I've been coming here for years and don't see myself going anywhere else. Janice, Angie, and Marlene are my own gossip girls haha. We always chat before and after my visits and genuinely care about how patients are doing. The dental staff are professional and always careful to make treatment as painless as possible. Love this place!

I'm so fortunate to pick Walnut Family Dental as my regular dental office since 2015. Dr. Diep and his staffs are so professional and amazing! I had appointment with Dr. Kim yesterday and he was so gentle and professional. I had 2 shots in my gums but without any pain!!! he is so detailed and careful and he explained to me the process thoroughly. normally i don't like any dental office, but i'm glad that there's a superb dental office nearby us. I highly recommend it.
