Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

I have been coming to this dentist office for years and Dr. Chen has been taking really good care of me from my general check up to Invisalign treatment. I cannot think of another great dentist office for my oral treatment.

Love this place. My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years and the staff have always been great. Dr. Bindi and Dr. Yasmin have always been a pleasure with every visit. Julie and her staff at the front desk have always been awesome and welcoming as well. Feels like a great big family. Thank you for always taking care my family and me.

Every visit has been a great experience at Walnut Dental. In addition to the office being clean and modern, the staff are friendly and the dentists are thorough! I also got a night guard made by them, and when it was creating too much space between my top and bottom teeth at night and hurting my jaw in the morning, they adjusted it multiple times and then made a thinner one, and never made me feel like a burden for needing so many adjustments with it. It seems everyone there takes great care of their patients and pride in their work. I always feel good when I leave and look forward to my future visits knowing my oral health is in good hands.

My whole family have been with Walnut dental for close to 20 years. This is the third office we have relocated to with them. The staff is efficient and helpful and most of all kind. The doctors are excellent. The office is always spotless and clean. I love their artwork and their music!! Dr. Bindu listens and takes a personal interest in all her patients. Do give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

It's been 4 years since I've been coming to this dentist office and I never had to look elsewhere. The quality of service and professionalism from the dentist, orthodontist, assistants, and admin team have been amazing and consistent. The staff always make me feel comfortable and genuinely look after you by recommending the best route and make any accommodations. Overall, this Walnut Dental Group is a great dental office with a good ortho team that I recommend to anyone in the area. It's sometimes to difficult to find a dentist, but I'm glad I've accomplished this by going with Walnut.

My experience going here for dental work has been amazing! Getting treated by Dr. Bindu has been such a great experience as she is very friendly and very competent at her work! I have had a good amount of procedures done this past year (all here!) such as wisdom teeth removals, root canal treatments, and periodontal root planing (?) and each time has been such a pleasure! Definitely recommend this practice and especially Dr. Bindu!

I love this dentist (and this, coming from someone who has always been afraid of the dentist)! For me, the biggest thing is trust. They have earned it. In the past I felt like the dentist was a place where I was told I needed things that, in hind sight, I probably didn't. But I completely trust them. I have been with them over 10 years now and even though I've moved farther away, the longer drive is worth going to them for.

Dr. Bindu, Julie, and the entire staff at Walnut Dental Group have been a pleasure to work with the past 5 years. Dr. Bindu really cares and takes the time to explain the treatment plan and provide options. She is thorough. Julie is always fantastic at arranging treatment, advising on insurance coverage, and keeping me informed all steps of the way. Kristy was my hygienist today and performed a concise and thorough deep cleaning of my teeth. All the equipment is cutting edge and it helps make the experience as a patient that much better. I've lived in San Francisco the past two years but still keep Walnut Dental as my primary dentist and make the routine trips because they are that good.

I have been coming here for nearly 2 years, and I have decided to take my business elsewhere. While the facility is clean and the staff is nice I feel they're more concerned about upselling their services than my overall care. Most recently, I scheduled a time for a simple teeth cleaning, and they tried to upsell me to a deep cleaning, and because I elected not to do it at the time; they refused to do basic cleaning and walked me to the door which made this trip a complete waste of time. In reading other reviews it appears I'm not the only one who experienced their bait and switch tactics.

Stumbled upon this place when I was shopping next door and the staff was very informative when I walked in to ask questions. I set up an appointment and was given something fairly quickly. The place is clean and modern. Jenny was such a sweet assistant and explained what she was doing patiently. Dr. Bindu was also very helpful in educating me about my dental health. All in all, a great visit and I'll be back in 6 months.

my wife went to this office for a scheduled annual clean. After the nurse took the x ray, the doctor Bindu say she only do deep clean and we need to pay extra $700 beside insurance . . we had to go home with wasting of the of X ray. If you don't do deep clean, then don't go to this office.

So happy I was referred here by family. I have a hard time with X-rays and the tech was so patient with me. Dr. Kansagra and her staff were so thorough and financially sensitive to my budget. I was able to break up payments and that allowed me to take care of my dental health. Thank you to the entire team.
