Dr. Davidson is a skilled clinician who's a perfectionist about her work. After earning her DDS degree from UNC Chapel Hill's School of Dentistry, which is ranked #2 globally, she elevated her skills and techniques while serving highly discerning patients in Manhattan and San Francisco.
She's committed to providing ethical, conservative, and beautiful dentistry that improves patients' health, comfort, and confidence. She's built a reputation as a warm, engaging, and pragmatic clinician who helps patients to overcome their fears and look forward to their next visit.
After graduating from UNC, Dr. Davidson moved to New York City and completed General Practice Residency (GPR) at St. Barnabas Hospital, a level II trauma center in the Bronx. While there, she treated dental and oro-facial emergencies for medically complex patients, including after-hours / overnight emergencies. She provided general dentistry therapies including to patients under sedation and general anesthesia as well as oral surgery therapies such as surgical extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and fine suturing.
Since completing her residency, Dr. Davidson served patients in private practices in Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood, and then in San Francisco's Marina and Laurel Heights neighborhoods, where she advanced her clinical skills and knowledge across preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. Dr. Davidson continues to elevate her expertise by completing courses on cutting-edge restorative and cosmetic treatments, and is a certified Invisalign practitioner. She's passionate about building individual relationships with her patients and providing each patient with top-quality care.
Dr. Davidson grew up in North Carolina's Raleigh-Durham area. She met her husband, Steve, while completing her residency in New York City, and they moved to the Bay Area a few years ago to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle. They're excited to make the East Bay their long-term home.
Dr. D. enjoys being active outdoors hiking, biking, and working out and in her youth was a competitive swimmer and equestrian. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Davidson and her husband are the proud parents of an adorable puppy named Penny, who also enjoys outdoor adventures. Dr. Davidson is fluent in English and Farsi.
