My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wallock. One of the sutures was very problematic for my son, and we went it to have it looked at. We asked if it could be trimmed and Dr Wallock said no, it's just how it is supposed to be. We started to leave, but the suture was so problematic for my son, we went back in to discuss further. Dr. Wallock was visibly annoyed and proceeded to say he'd just remove it (meaning the suture) and before we knew what was happening, he was ripping it out of my son's mouth. He did not give us an opportunity to discuss the risks and benefits of having the suture removed. He acted in haste without properly informing us and left us feeling distraught, distressed and concerned over how this will impact my son's recovery. His behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I will be filing formal complaints with Oral surgeon board and association of which he is a part.

Dr. Wallock and team did a fantastic job on my removing my wisdom teeth. He even called that afternoon to make sure that I was feeling well. That is a very nice touch. Thank you!

I had an extraction done by Dr Wallock and the office was run very efficiently (they called me back right on time & the visit was done fast), and Dr Wallock was great in explaining what he was doing/what was happening throughout the process. He even called and left a VM that evening to make sure I was feeling ok, which I thought was very classy & a kind, personal touch. I ended up developing dry socket, and the receptionist got me right in the same day to have a dressing put in. I had to return a couple times for dressing removal/new one placed, and the office staff/Dr were fantastic in being understanding & allowing me to bring my 2yo with for the brief visits. Dr Wallock even gave her a princess toothbrush which made her day :). That was her first experience with a dentist and I truly feel it will help a lot when she has to start going herself (she said 'so fun!' after the last visit lol.) Everyone in the office was very friendly and I had a great experience here. Thank you!!

Dr. Wallock is amazing! I cracked a front tooth under the gum line and my dentist extracted the crown portion of the tooth. He referred me to Dr. Wallock for surgical removal of the root and installation of an implant into my Jaw. I am pain adverse and was very anxious about this procedure. I looked at all of the anesthetic options and went with nitrous oxide and novacaine. I felt no pain...just pressure. It was a tough extraction...but pain free. His staff is wonderful and compassionate. Kelly, his assistant is fabulous! Dr. Wallock called me the afternoon after the procedure to make certain all was OK. I hope I never have to see an oral surgeon again, but if I do, it will be Dr. Wallock.

Dr. Wallock is great. His staff not so much. They are very rude and not friendly at all which is very disappointing. They called to confirm my sons appointment and asked me to call and confirm. I called and all she said was "it's confirmed " and literally hung up. It almost makes me want to go somewhere else. Is it that hard to be polite to people???

Had a wisdom tooth removed (as an adult) and it could not have been any easier. Cannot believe how efficient and painless it was, and Dr Wallock called my cell phone a few hours later to check and make sure everything was OK. 100% recommend.

Dr. Wallock recently saw my daughter to remove her wisdom teeth and we could not have had a better experience, him and his assistants, Kelly, Karen and Jolanta are a rockstar team!!! The care she received during and days after the procedure were top notch and we would recommend his office to everyone. He also saw my other daughter in 2019 and we had the same awesome experience :)

I don't know many people that like going to the dentist and especially an oral surgeon. That being said, I went to Dr. Wallock in 2019 to have a tooth removed at the recommendation of my dentist. I was anxious and let him know I had a low pain threshold. During the entire visit he and his staff were very accommodating and aware of my concerns. They addressed what was going to happen each step of the way, ensured I was comfortable, and really seemed to care. The whole visit was done before I knew it and with no pain during or after the procedure. I had some minor pain during recovery, but it was tolerable. I saw Dr. Wallock again this year for a post implant. I had a similar experience and again, was very pleased with how he and his staff handled each step of the procedure. The office staff are top notch, patient-focused, and upfront about costs, expectations, and bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Very poor after care instructions were given for care after wisdom teeth removal. He has no backup for care if emergencies arise and my daughter had to suffer in excruciating pain all weekend until he returned from out of town. He was then extremely rude to us when he saw us. Would not recommend.

Dr. Wallock is amazing! He took my two upper wisdom teeth out in about 10 minutes. I had only local anesthesia and I felt nothing! Super smooth oral surgery, would definitely recommend

Dr. Wallock is an excellent oral surgeon; competent, calm and in control. The staff are a wonderful bunch of kind, sweet people who will put you at ease and help you through what is possibly a very traumatic process. I could not have asked for a better surgical experience.
