Dr. Panarello is a native of Concordville and currently lives in Garnet Valley with his amazing family, wife, Jama, and their two children, Roman and Wyatt. His three passions in life are his family, dentistry, and being an assistant coach of the Garnet Valley Football Team.

This is a great place to come if you need someone to push services on you that you dont need, not have all the equipment you need including no 3-D xrays and just overall incompetent dentist and practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hayes for years and have always felt at home with his staff and facility. If you want quality work, this is the place to be. Very professional practice! Highly recommend!

Everyone at this office is great. Dr Hayes always makes me feel comfortable and I leave with a bigger, brighter smile. The front desk ladies are especially kind. The office is super clean too

Just an update for my experience regarding the service for my mother in law , it's been almost an year now , there have unresolved problems , at first visit , my mother in law didn't know she have insurance , until the next visit , but first visit charge her $700 and 2nd charge her $300 plus . Now she does have insurance , this office keep holding the money keep tell us the insurance company didn't pay them . I had call and email many many times . I am still put trust what they have told me . But we have the invoice from insurance . Everything should be paid up . They should return the money to us . They only give me back $199 . And they keep holding our money saying we still waiting for Insuranc company reimbursement. So I really don't know . I don't hear from them . Either we own them or they owe me . All I know is impossible to hold your clients money if they have insurance. This is very unprofessional and greedy . I will not deal with this anymore ! Never heard of !

Please heed the negative reviews here, smilemakers is a drill and fill farm. Most of these 5 star reviews are from employees and family members (who includes a photo of the Dr in their review??) I am no longer a patient here after getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion from other dentists who said the procedures Dr. Hayes was insisting on were unnecessary. They will probably comment on this review as "This is not a patient of ours. Spam" because it's a negative review lol Thank goodness I am not a patient anymore!

UPDATE: Sep 22 2020 Went for first post-COVID visit. Wallingford Smilemakers is the vanguard for dental work in the 'new world'. Dr. Hayes has installed new HEPA air filters, new room cleaning technologies and instituted new protocols for patient protection in the new COVID world. My visit with Nicole and Dr. Hayes was safe, efficient and painless. We all need to look after our teeth; I'd recommend Wallingford Smilemakers to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I have been a patient of Wallingford Smilemakers for more than 10 years. I have 'challenging teeth' and have felt that I have received excellent care from Dr Hayes and his staff. Recently, my hygienist (Melissa) did an excellent job with cleaning and performing normal preventative care. Every visit is seamless; the office organization is obvious the moment you enter the door. No one likes to go to the dentist ......but when you do (and we should) go........, I would give an enthusiastic 'two thumbs up' for Wallingford Smilemakers. They are the BEST!!!!!

Dr Hayes is a top notch dentist. I just had a crown removed & a temporary placed due to a cavity. No pain at all. My teeth were scanned & no impression was needed. Best dentist ever.

Beware these fraudsters, they will provide painful, sub-standard care (my gums were bleeding when I left) and then they will bill you far more than agreed and harass you with creditors (even though you paid them already).

Very Impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and the incredible teamwork that is always on display. I feel comfortable here and when I ask questions they take the time to answer thoroughly because they know I'm not questioning their capability or experience, I just want to know what is going to happen. I highly recommend this dental office, because of their professionalism, talent, level of care and use of modern technology that includes a laser to numb your teeth and a special camera that verifies all of the cavity has been removed. A big shout out to Dr. Hayes, Katie, Jennifer, and my favorite Debbie. All of you are the best.

So grateful that the office took my call during the pandemic shut down and that Dr. Hayes called me back in a very timely manner. They were able to get me in as soon as they were allowed to reopen and my broken tooth is being taken care of post haste! Dr. Hayes has always been very responsive to my needs and I have always felt confident in his recommended treatment plan and the competency of his dental work. I also appreciate how they check with my dental insurance BEFORE doing any work so there are no surprises.
