Dr. Walle was raised in a small rural town in Illinois. He received his Bachelors degree from Illinois State University. He graduated top of his dental school class at Northwestern University in Chicago and went on to complete his orthodontic residency and earn a Masters Degree at Northwestern University as well. During that time he met and married his now retired partner, Dr. Jenny Lee-Walle. Together they have three wonderful boys.

Dr. Walle first practiced orthodontics in a specialty group in Portland and Tigard before moving to Klamath Falls in 1995. Both opportunity and a desire to live in a smaller community contributed to the move.

He is also a member of numerous professional associations including the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, Oregon State Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association and Klamath Dental Society.

I had braces from March 2019 to September 2020. During the pandemic they separated people much father than 6 feet and opened up sperate rooms. I would say they did even more then necessary to ensure the safety of their patients. Before and during the pandemic Dr. Walle and his staff were all amazing. They have modern technology and great techniques for making teeth move. Dr. Walle takes the time to get to know each of his patients at the starting consultation and throughout treatment. Ensuring that each persons orthodontic path is as painless as possible. Every time I had to go in there, they were kind, helpful, and efficient. I am so happy with my smile and would highly recommend. I am truly going to miss going to their office now that I have them off.

I wish I could give this a lower rating if only because of the sheer arrogance of the office staff in not wearing a mask. This is a medical facility and the ONLY reason I followed through with the dental appointment was because they seemed to care about their patients and take this pandemic seriously. It was a massive bait and switch, where they had you call before entering and made certain you wore your mask. But as soon as I was in the back, for a freaking dental appointment where I HAD to remove my mask, I see two women blatantly and with zero regard for my health walk past the room I was in and IN the room I was in without a mask. It was unacceptable, inappropriate and downright appalling. I have a right to my safety and to expect medical professionals, even if they're just dental, to follow CDC guidelines and state mandates for mask wearing. Followed by the absolute rudeness of the dentist. He spoke down to me and with an impatience that he has no business directing towards anyone, let alone a paying patient. If he expects me to drop $6000-$7000+ in his services, I expect professionalism if you're incapable of basic politeness. Edit: to state that my first impression was "erroneous " is gaslighting. My first impression was very much on point, whether or not you liked it. And he was very much rude and impatient otherwise I would not have said so. As for the masks, there was less than six feet between where I was sitting and what appeared to be a storage room and the sink, where a female employee approached both without a mask. And whether or not she was within the six feet mark, it doesn't matter. It's a pandemic where there is absolutely no excuse to be around a patient without a mask. Whatever your politics, do better with the masks. And do better than to try and gaslight someone for their experience. It's simple, apologize for the poor showing from the dentist and those two female staff members. As it is your lack of professionalism is appalling.

We love Dr Walle. They require masks to come in and exit. They have many different rooms to see patients much farther than 6 ft apart. He is so patient and understanding with my children. My child got hit in a basketball game after braces and moved a tooth. He was helpful on how to get his smile back. I would recommend him

Dr. Walle and his staff are treating the third of my children with braces. Dr. Walle takes the time to get to know his patients and know their interests. Dr. Walle and his office staff make the process from the first consultation to post- brace monitoring very easy. We could not be happier with the care received. Thank you Dr. Walle and staff!
