I know they don't need new clients because they said they are busy. But I didn't know they will treat potential clients like this. I'm trying to make an appointment for teeth cleaning. After the third tries in a 2-hours window, someone picked up the phone. You could pick up and ask the client to hold. I told the women on the line that I'd like to make an appointment for dental checkup. She asked what insurance I have. (the way she asked, it gave me the impression that they will not see me without an insurance) I told her I have Ameritas. She wants to know if it's a normal insurance or a life insurance. I said I don't know. It's from my work and it's a dental insurance. She said is it a normal insurance or life insurance. What does life insurance have to do with dental insurance? Why doesn't matter if it's a normal or a life insurance (assuming you can use life insurance to pay dental procedures), it's a dental insurance and it covers dental procedures. She said she has a couple slots open for next Tuesday and Wednesday but wouldn't tell me what time. I ask her what time slots are available. She said why don't you tell what time do you like and I will tell you if it's available or not. If this is the person I have to be dealing with every time I want to see the dentist, I'd rather take my business where else.

I was referred to this dentist by a family member so I made an appointment. That appointment was cancelled because of a little snow on the ground. Which by the way, was cleared off of the roads by 9am. I was puzzled by the choice that a business that was created to serve the people decided to shut down an entire day just because of a little snow. We live in Ohio for goodness sake. It's nothing new! Anyway, I pushed those thoughts aside and decided to reschedule. Mind you, I haven't even met this dentist yet. So my next appointment rolls around (two weeks later) and I get yet another call to tell me my appointment was cancelled because of snow AGAIN! The reasoning was that "he doesn't want anyone traveling that doesn't have to." Well that's a lie. Come to find out he wants to go play in the snow like a child instead of take care of patients that his business was created to service. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise. I guess it's this world's way of telling me that I don't need someone so unprofessional and immature taking care of my teeth. Have fun snow boarding Dr. Wallace.

This is Angie Coleman's husband - Steve. They do a good job, but their hours are until 5 and they do not answer the phones until 5. I have called more than once at 4:30 and the voicemail says that the office is closed when their hours are until 5. Please answer the phones until closing time at 5.
