I'm unfortunately a patient who has required frequent dental work through the years. Military based moving state to state, I have had A LOT of different dentists. Dr. Price however has been hands down the best. Not only with pricing, but his staff was absolutely wonderful, comforting and informative. I'm certain I have found my new dental home. Thanks Dr. Price and staff!

Had 2 teeth pulled. Visit was fairly quick and painless. Dr and staff are all very nice and friendly. If needed, he is the dentist I will go to.

Please share! This is a complaint about Dr. Wallace Price the dentist in Annsiton Alabama. This happened in 2021 and 2022 This is what was sent to the Better Business Bureau (Dr. Wallace and his office refused to speak with the BBB after numerous attempts to contact them. To whom it may concern, My mother is a senior citizen,and visited Dr. Wallace for top dentures. I went with her for the consult, and he was such a nice man. So I felt comfortable with her going with out me to have the indentions made. When it came time to fit her dentures she called me after stating how he was very rough with her. He kept forcing the dentures into her mouth even while she was telling him he was hurting her. He then made a remark to her that maybe he should just take a nail and jab it into the gum so then the dentures would fit. The tech in the room with them apologized to my mother afterward stating she has no idea what has gotten into him. I was livid! I contacted their office and explained my frustration and explained that I wanted a call from the dentist ASAP. After I had to mention going to the local paper and news for the abuse he had done to my mother he decided to call me. He asked what are you wanting? Do you want your money back? I then asked him to contact my mother and ask her what she wanted since she was the one he had treated so badly. So he did and as far as we knew all was made right. Today my mother was set to go to him for her bottom dentures. After driving over an hour to get there she was told by his office manager that they would no longer do business with her and that the warranty on her top set of dentures would no longer be accepted. Automatically it was clear this was totally out of retaliation because my mother had complained about the mistreatment and that I had to get involved to advocate for my mother. I contacted his office this morning and got a very sarcastic attitude from his office manager and then she proceeded to hang up on me. I hope you can help us get a good solution to this and that this will stop him from doing this to any other patients. He is unsafe! Thank you, concerned person. A complaint is also being made with the dental board.

I love this dentist office. It's affordable and the staff and the dentist Dr. Wallace price are all so very kind and soft spoken. Dr. Price will make you comfortable and explain his every move to you so you will know what is happening. He also love to make his patients laugh which is also a plus for me. I've never had an issue with no mouth work I've had done.

Dr.price is the best dentist I have ever seen,he does excellent work,does not hurt you at all,very gentle, no matter what you are having done! I highly recommend Dr.price for all your dental work

After going here for many years. I will Never go back again. He humiliated me. He gave me a numbing injection in the roof of my mouth that hadn't been prepared. It caught me by surprised and I howled out. He talked to me like I was a 5 year old child. The way he made me feel hurt worse than the pain.

Dr Price is the BEST Dentist ever, he had pulled ALL my teeth & I didn't even know he was done, & my Dentures look amazing, I'm overwhelmed with joy & my experiences with him, and his staff was excellent, I will definitely recommend him to anybody who are looking for a excellent in a Dentist

I've seen Dr. Price a few times and he's always been amazing! One time I was pregnant and had to have 2 wisdom teeth surgically removed and he did his best to make me feel comfortable and that nothing would bother the baby!!!! Very great dentist and his staff is just as great!
