Dr. Antonio Caso grew up on a small cattle ranch in Melba, Idaho. He graduated the College of Idaho Summa Cum Lade prior to moving to Seattle for dental school at the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry. For one year following dental school, Dr. Caso completed an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at The Ohio State University. He returned to Seattle to complete a four year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After completing his training in June of 2004, Dr. Caso and his wife moved to Walla Walla.
Dr. Caso enjoys practicing the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with special interests in dental implants, orthognathic surgery, and facial trauma and reconstruction. Dr. Caso is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Cecil Ash grew up in Sydney, Nova Scotia and initially studied Engineering before entering Dental School at Dalhousie University. Following this Dr. Ash moved to British Columbia for a Dental Internship at Vancouver General Hospital prior to attending a four year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Manitoba. Dr. Ashs initial interest was in academics and pursued a Masters Degree followed by an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle. For the next nine years Dr. Ash taught dental students and surgery residents at the University of Alberta and MetroHealth Medical Center (CASE) before he and his wife Dina moved to Walla Walla.
Dr. Ash joined Dr. Caso in August 2009 and enjoys all aspects of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Had my wisdom teeth removed today and my anxiety/ fear was through the roof! Dr. Ash and his team was so amazing and made it the most peaceful, painless and easy transition! Thank you so much for making my experience calm, quick and welcoming!

I have had an uncontrollable fear of dentists for most of my life. I fear I can't explain or control. I went to my dentist to find out i had to have a tooth removed. My fear of fears... for me it's not about the pain, as i have been in pain for a very long time . It's a control thing. I went to OMS today. From the second I walked in the door, I knew I had made the right choice. Absolutely fantastic experience, truly professional people, all around. I will probably never WANT to go back but I will never fear the process with OMS. truly a great experience my heartfelt thanks to all of you. John Murray.

I recently had to go to Wala Walla OMS to have 3 wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Ash and his staff were very caring and comforting, they were very helpful answering all my questions prior to my procedure putting me at ease, even right after my procedure I'm in minimal pain. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
