I was due for a cleaning and then broke a crown and called Lori at the front desk to tell her I needed to get in fairly quickly! She rearranged their schedule to fit me in. I had my cleaning by Tammy and had a new crown cemented in my mouth all in one appointment. I went home feeling like a new person! THANK YOU Dr. Wall for your wonderful care and your excellent staff!

My first visit to Essex Dentist and I can honestly say that I enjoyed my dental appointment! Dr. Wall and her staff are knowledgable, kind, and just a lot of fun to be around. I highly recommend their office to any and everyone!

I love how my teeth feel after my cleaning and it makes me smile brighter . Dr. Katrina Wall and her team are so welcoming, calming and fun . They are Covid-safe savvy and take the time to listen to my teeth concerns. True story... my front fake tooth broke over the weekend on a Sunday night. I text Dr. Katrina Wall a picture and asked if the tooth fairy would come that night. Katrina responded immediately. She said to come in on Monday morning and she'd make me a new tooth! I went into the office thinking I would just get a temporary tooth and be told that I'd have to wait for a custom tooth to be made but that's not what happened. Dr. Katrina Wall has ALL of the latest dental technology and was able to make me a new permanent front tooth that day. I love that she took her time to match my tooth color. She is a dental artist . I feel so blessed to have found a life long dentist Dr. Katrina Wall.

Visited Dr Walls office on 2/17 for a dental cleaning. Wasn't sure if during pandemic time it was going to be comparable to my past visits. It absolutely was. It is a complete cleaning done safely and comfortably. Although the practice is no longer an in-network provider with my dental insurance I continue to visit here. The staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and welcoming! I received a little tutorial on dental floss from hygienist. Who knew there is actually a difference among floss types. I also love Dr Wall. One of the most humble down to earth people I've met. If you're looking for a great dentist please try Katrina Wall.

Dr. Wall and her staff are the absolute best. They have adapted the office for Covid conditions and protocols to one that is as efficient clean and safe as it has always been. Everyone is professional, friendly, and genuine. I always receive top-quality care in a clean, safe facility with courteous and professional people. If you are looking for top-notch dental care for the entire family, I highly recommend Dr. Wall!

Always Excellent! How many people do you know who actually enjoy going to the dentist? I'll raise my hand and say yes, I love going to Katrina Wall's dental practice. I've been going to Katrina's practice for years and every time I'm driving away I think, wow, that office is always so upbeat, dental technology is cutting edge, staff is professional and oh so friendly! Katrina, of course is the cheerful, optimistic, skilled beyond belief driving force of the operation. So yes, Always Excellent!

I have been going to Dr. Wall for a couple years now and she has absolutely changed my fear of dentists from the very first visit. She and her staff have been nothing but kind, genuine and provided amazing care. Even when my insurance was out of network with her I continued to see her because I have been so spoiled that I couldn't bring myself to see anyone else! She and her staff are just the absolute best <3

Dr Wall has been my dentist for almost two decades -- & I could not be more appreciative! The consummate professionals, Dr Wall + her entire female team are also kind, funny, warm -- and they make the entire dental experience a less anxious, kinder, gentler one. From long-time administrator Laurie, to hygienists + dental assistants alike, in this unsafe, 'MeToo'-world, I find safety, friendship + the ultimate, top-of-the-line professionalism and expertise ONLY at Dr Wall's office. I honestly trust her like no other & HIGHLY recommend Dr Katrina Wall and her state-of-the-art office -- TRULY professional, trustworthy, gentle + 5 every time. Not very many doctors can turn an oft-excruciating experience into what ends up feeling like an enlightening, rewarding connection/conversation with the kindest of hearts, Dr Katrina Wall. I consider myself pretty darn lucky not only to be her patient, but simply to know her + call her a friend -- she is an inspiration to me, as well as to young girls + women everywhere.
