I joked beforehand that there was an online review on the line. But all kidding aside, Dr. Walker extracted a wisdom tooth. No pain. Only about 30 seconds of awkward pressure. Explain everything. Great bedside manner.

Explained everything in detail to my husband and I and gave us a few minutes to decide. Had prescriptions at the pharmacy ready so we didn't have to wait. Will definitely use for all our oral surgery needs

Dr Walker was fine, but his office staff charged me full price and never asked for insurance information. After much contact with Dr Walker's staff and my dentist, I picked up the insurance forms at my dentist, but was not able to receive the information that I needed from Dr Walker's office. Also the insurance forms were hard to read. There was a mix up as to whether the appointment was for medical or dental. Very frustrating experience. Poor office staff.

My experience with this oral surgeon was bad! To start with he was only supposed to take a biopsy of my gum. Instead he made an incision into my gum until he reached the root of my tooth. He then unbeknownst to me cut off the tip of my tooth and stitched back up my gum. Well the tip of the tooth was open and started to ooze and that oozing created a tunnel to the outside of my gum because it kept oozing. It was painless so at first I thought not much if it because I had no idea it was due to the fact he cut off the tip of my tooth that lays beneath the jaw. But over time I had to try and figure out why my tooth was seeping outside my gum.... Well, long story short I had to find a dentist or another oral surgeon to tell me what was wrong. Eventually, I went to Dr. Fischer and he did a cone x-ray and it showed that the tooth had an entire tip of one big molars MISSING! My first thought was this "well I still have 3 tips left" but to fix my tooth with a special kind of root canal took a genius to fix it. How I know Dr. Walker knew he made a mistake was because he didn't bill my insurance. I called my dental insurance company and they told me that dental procedures are listed for life and they did not show a claim from Dr walker whatsoever!! Dr. Walker's father is an oral surgeon in Carmel Indiana and I went to him over 30 years ago and ge was beyond great but his son falls from from that! Don't go!

Found this place on my own after my initial referral from the dentist fell through . They were very professional, got my husband in quickly to have his wisdom teeth removed! Highly recommend.

I'm so very impressed with Dr Walker he really saved my life!! I'm on blood thinner and another dentist said he would extract my tooth but changed his mind after 5 days of infection my whole lip and face swelled I could feel it spreading into my neck I cried begging the other dentist to take it out it hurt so badly.. I'm so thankful for Dr.Walker he took my tooth right out even though I was on blood thinners he did a great job..

Wouldn't go to this guy!!! We had a appointment at 2 o'clock and it is how 4:45 and they never called our insurance company so we have to come back....what a joke , they have had our insurance info for 2 weeks!

Let me start with the fact that I RARELY leave reviews. However, this was a wonderful experience aside from obviously getting wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Walker was funny, nice, and respectful. He also took the time to explain the details and see if I had any questions. The receptionist was very friendly as well! The lady that helped the doctor with the procedure was very sweet as well. I was very nervous after looking at some of the reviews, but I have no complaints. I'm not sure why there are negative ones. Overall, great experience for something that's painful!

05/09/2020 This guy is klutch. I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed and I didnt even realize he took the second out. He is fast and good. I HIGHLY recommend.

Was absolutely terrified when I went in, the receptionist was extremely friendly and my wait to get back was not the shortest but definitely not the longest I've waited in a waiting room. When the dr came in he was very friendly and calming. The nurse wiped my tears and made me feel better. The whole process was short and painless. I highly recommend

I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. Had an excellent experience here (well, as good as can be when you get an extraction). Very nice and helpful staff. Dr. Walker was engaging and informative on the whole procedure and the various treatment options.

This dental oral surgeon isnt very in professional and doesn't concern it self with the inconveniences it causes it patients. I waited a month a half for my appointment for my wisdom teeth the week of they called to confirm my appointment an hour later they called back to cancel. I asked why the receptionist she said he had a very important meeting to attend and had to cancel all appointments for that day. I had already taken off 5 days from both of my jobs and scheduled it so I could get in before school started. She said she'd call me back in a week to reschedule and promised they'd get me in before school started. Understanding it wasn't her fault I didn't get angry or mad. A week passes and no call. So I called and was told they were not going to call me back bc they were no longer accepting my insurance. When I tried to question it the receptionist kept saying " it's not me it's the dentist" every time I tried to get explanations for why I had to wait a week to be told this. I understand these things can happen but they way they treated me, wasn't acceptable and was very un professional. Would not recommend anyone else having to go through this. Getting time off work isn't easy to have to do repeatedly.
