Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I was in a lot of pain and, when they called to confirm the appointment, they asked me questions and actually had me come in right away. She is very gentle and I am so grateful and happy I finally found a dentist that I like.

So took my son here, they never told me they would take a cone beam ex ray that was not covered on my insurance, and would bill me also they billed my insurance for a cleaning they never did. This is illegal and they should not get away with this. Walegra Dental group you know you were wrong for this! Why would any dental group do an extra work that's not covered on the insurance? Or why not ask the patient if it's ok? Poor poor dentist trying to rob their patients without them knowing. I wouldn't have known unless I didn't contact my insurance company. People be sure to verify things billed to your insurance after services otherwise these crooks will steal money and no one will ever know!!!!!

I had an appointment today to get a root canal done and it went spectacular, not only was the endodontist great, quick and painless, but his assistant Kelly L. Was superb. She made me feel extremely comfortable and knew all the tricks to help patients our. Plus just in general a great person to just have conversation with and put any nerves to ease.

10 AM appointments really mean 10:37 because that's when I was called back. While waiting, everyone I saw finishing their appointment was told to "wait for your name to be called to schedule your next appointment," myself included. Finally left after someone who was after me got called to schedule their next appointment before me. If you decide you for some reason actually do want to schedule another appointment there you're better off just leaving right away and calling at your convenience, not theirs.

This practice is primarily focused on extracting the most money they can from their patients. They are always canceling my appointments, ones that have been booked for over 6 months prior. If they legitimately cared about the dental hygiene of their clients, they would not overbook their appointments and make the patients a priority. Even when I do have appointments, they are always behind schedule. DO NOT BOOK MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE!!! Absolutely horrible experiences here. Been a regular for a while so I thought I would give them multiple chances, but it is not worth your time or money. Please go elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could.

Haven't been to the dentist in a while so came here on a recommendation. At first glance, the office is very clean and comfortable. Heather greeted me at the front. Very friendly and personable. Im nervous at the dentist as most are and Lechelle was very good at making me feel at ease. Dr. Bennett was so warm and kind I didn't feel nervous at all. Dr was upfront about treatments and costs which is nice, no surprises. I highly recommend this office if you're not excited about the dentist!

It had been years since I last was seen by a dentist so I was not sure what to expect! I was greeted by the front desk, Heather. She was very pleasant and thorough when answering my questions( she also presented my treatment plan cost later). I then was taken back by Gabby who took my X-rays and photos. Dr. Bennett came in and explained everything! I had never had a dentist that has done that. He was very kind & definitely very knowledgeable. Everyone is so easy to talk to I honestly felt like I've known them for years! It was my first of many visits and I cannot wait to return.

They overcharged my insurance company (and me) for work that was neither necessary or not even completed. Fortunately my insurance company investigation got me $2500 back. This place is like a bad oil change business, you go in for something simple and they just try to upgrade everything.

Had a regular cleaning scheduled today and I almost chose to walk out and find a new dentist before being pulled back for my appt. A lady with dark long hair helped me at the front desk and explained my visit would be $51. I was kinda surprised because last regular cleaning visit I'd paid nothing, no copay. I asked what the fee was for and why it's been different from my last visit. She looked extremely annoyed by my question and she gave me a break down, and asked me to sign my name to agree to the terms. I asked again why it'd been a different amount and she completely ignored me. So I signed... silently.. and I finished checking in because I was like "well.. maybe I made a mistake and don't remember." I decided to look at my insurance plan while I waited. I was right! It was all COVERED. So I stood in line to speak to them again thankfully spoke to another lady, much nicer to me, and was told their system had an error and it would only be $5! So glad I asked two times, right?! I continued waiting and them was appalled by something else I saw. A little old lady had been brought back to the waiting room and a tech came out to color match her teeth in the WAITING room. This lady had just been in the back but it's like they forgot to do something so they did it in the front. I found this to be very unprofessional. Gave me the impression that they forgot to do something important and rushed before she left the office.. Thankfully the lady was nice. I would've been embarrassed to pull my mask down and have my mouth exposed to the waiting room unnecessarily.

If I could rate the office a zero I would. I went into the office last week with my cousin it was her first visit. First and foremost my cousin waited over 45 minutes to be takin back then when she got taken back we waiting another 30 minutes for anything to be done. While I was waiting in the waiting room there was a lady walking around who appeared to be the manager because I asked who the office manager was to make a complaint about the gal and it was her. She was barking around orders to her staff and I could tell they where doing there best. I observed her being rude and getting very frustrated with several customers in the amount of time I was waiting in the waiting room. It made me feel uncomfortable for them I could only imagine how they felt. Granted the dentist was great and was very thorough on everything that was needed on my cousin we will not be returning due to the amount of disrespect I seen going on. That's not how you treat people that are coming to you to help them with there mouth problems and are trusting your judgment. Definitely will be looking into how to make a bigger complaint. Don't ever come here. ZERO stars.

I recently visited this office for an appointment and had a great experience. The front office staff were awesome all the way to the back office. This place was really clean and looked well maintained. They offered really convenient and flexible payment plans which is very helpful when on a tight budget. I will be recommending and referring to all my friends and family. Thank you for an awesome experience Walerga Dental Group!

Walerga Dental is the best dental office in town. They have helped my countless times. Whether its a routine checkup, filling cavities, getting a root canal or crowns, they never disappoint. They are willing to work with customers with scheduling and financing. Robert, Dr. Bennett, Nicole and the entire staff are exceptional. I trust them with my teeth more than the tooth fairy.
