Dr. Pham enjoys being part of the dental team! His love for dentistry drives him to provide patients with excellent dental care and he finds joy in helping each patient reach their dental goals. Dr. Pham takes pride in his dental work and strives to give his best to each of his patients. He enjoys being with his co-workers and also enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of work. For Dr. Pham, dentistry is a field worth investing in and his patients are his top priority.
Dr. Biga was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Philosophy. She then moved to Baltimore to attend the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where she graduated magna cum laude again. After dental school, Dr. Biga completed a General Practice Residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine/Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts, focusing on community health and the oral-systemic connection. Dr. Biga has been with Waldorf Dental Group since completing her residency in 2014. She is committed to expanding her knowledge through continuing education as part of a local chapter of the Spear Study Club.
Robin was born in La Plata, Maryland. She was raised in Maryland, Oahu and Virginia Beach. She joined the team in 2015. Robins favorite thing about working in the office is interacting with her patients and the rest of her team.
Colene Smith was born and raised in Illinois and joined the dental team in March of 2014. Colene earned her Dental Hygiene Degree from Lewis & Clark College in Southern Illinois. She is certified to administer localized anesthesia infiltration and block. Her husbands transfer to Andrews Air Force Base brought her to Maryland in 2013. Her love for her job stems from helping people reach their optimal oral health. She enjoys volunteering at Give Kids a Smile and has done so for several years. Colene also went on a missions trip to Honduras and hopes to go on more missions trips in the future!
Her hobbies include all things outdoors. She enjoys hiking, swimming, caring for her plants and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids and Siberian Husky, Max. She is a huge Chicago Cubs fan and was a little excited when they finally won the World Series in 2016. Shes also obsessed with sharks! (Maybe its their teeth?) Her favorite week of the year is you guessed it Disney Channels Shark Week!
Patty was born and raised in West Virginia. She graduated from West Virginia University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Patty has been a part of the dental team since 2001. She has enjoyed taking continuing education courses, especially RDH Under One Roof. She has taken advantage of her extra time during the recent pandemic to gain even more knowledge through many hours of education through Zoom. Patty taught two continuing education courses at the College of Southern Maryland for over 10 years. She is also a member of the COHA (Colgate Oral Health Advisor). Patty considers herself a dental nerd and loves everything about working in the dental field. She enjoys helping patients improve their dental health as well as their overall health. She finds satisfaction in providing excellent treatment to each patient. To Patty, her coworkers are like her family. She enjoys getting close to her team and her patients and has built many cherished relationships over the years.
When off the clock, Patty enjoys practicing yoga and hiking the local trails with her dog, Daisy. Her goal is to someday be part of a dental forensic team. Patty lives by the motto, Stay Humble, Work Hard and Be Kind.
Tina was born in Milford, Delaware and raised in Farmington, Delaware. Tina has been part of the dental team since 2005. She attended the Southern College of Maryland where she received education as a Dental Radiation Technologist. She took a dental assisting course in General Expanded Intraoral functions. Tina also attended On-going Health Studies Institute for Infection Control and OSHA Essentials. Her favorite thing about working in the dental field is spending time with patients and helping them feel safe. She likes to educate patients on dental procedures and also enjoys spending time with her co-workers.
Tina makes the most of her time away from work by spending time with family and friends, riding the trails in the woods on her side-by-side, feeding wild animals, hiking and camping. Tina puts her heart into everything that she does. She believes everything happens for a reason and what goes around comes around.

Make going there fun, great people, excellent doctors . Dr. Maloney is certified in every level of dentistry. So your never referred out. There is no level of service he cannot provide. His staff are knowledgeable and make you feel welcome out front and treat you like their treating family by every patient seen. I'd give them 10 stars . The only place I'd ever go. Even if I had to come back to town on business, then return. Joseph Maloney. A dentist, friend and truly a great man with a superb supporting staff.

If I could give a zero, I would. Dr. Pham's office has poor customer service and response times are way too long. My experience in receiving my credit has been endless. I have gone back and forth with this office for over two months for a credit that is owed me. I was told several lies, first that the Office Manager was in a meeting, second to my face, that the Manager was not there, while the Assistant Manager, who could assist me was sitting right there, fourth, we'll write you a check, lastly, it was put in your account. Now, wait until Fri, the 10th business day. I mentioned i will need to talk to Dr. Pham and write letters if not. Their response was ok. Unacceptable and very poor customer service. They do not value their customers or their complaints. They take your money, but won't give you what's owed to you. They don't care!

Love this place at first but it ended up being a painful stressful experience. I will not be returning. Put a new same day crown on a tooth that was barely bothering me. The gum got infected or swollen from a bad needle and/or not adjusting my bite and checking my dental guard even though I brought it. I went back a week later and Dr. Pham gave me something for pain and referred me to their Endodontics "on the crown they just installed." Their suggested referral charged way more than my good insurance paid and tacked on $150 instrument cleaning fee plus 5-7% to pay with a credit card. They also lied and said they were not in network even though United Concordia verified they were. Needless to say I went to an in-network endo provider who examined me and said I didn't even need a root canal. I have also heard other bad reports about Dr. Pham but heard that the retiring doctor was good.

Like many, going to the dentist is NOT my favorite pass time. However, "Got To Go" Yes, we all have to go and there is no better place then Waldorf Dental Group. Their staff is thorough, friendly experienced and very personable. Would not consider going any where else.

As always I received courteous professional service from everyone involved (Dental hygienist, Dentist and receptionist). Makes coming to a dentist visit very comfortable. They treat you right!

I am always happy with Patti who cleans my teeth. But I am not happy with the doctor who check my teeth. She implied that I did not get three of my teeth fixed for cavities which was not the case they were being watched by my regular doctor I left very upset

I highly recommend Dr. Pham and the Waldorf Dental Group for the most pleasant dental experience ever. I literally had the best dental experience in my life today at Waldorf Dental Group. I was there for the replacement of a filling. The dentist, Dr Pham, and hygienist, Tina were outstanding. Dr. Pham was very skilled, thorough, thoughtful, and most importantly, very gentle. Dr. Pham plays music and sings while he works. They even had a monitor above displaying nature scenes during the the actual dental work. I was concerned about sensitivity in some areas but Dr. Pham was so gentle and prepared I didn't even feel a thing. I never knew getting dental work done could be so pleasant. Even the receptionist was super friendly and engaging. That's how a dental experience should be.

Dr Molloney always does excellent job . I"am 75 yr old male who has had many dental office visit in my life Dr Molloney is excellent and he makes sure that the patient is comfortable . While he's preforming his work. All that I can once service you will understand what mean .

My hygienist Christina was amazing! I've had other hygienists at this location and by far she is the best! She answered all my questions and helped me understand everything. She made me feel comfortable and was very kind and professional.

I really like the office and staff for my dental cleaning. I was recommended an over-the-counter mouthguard to try before deciding on a professional one. I wasn't warned about these possible side effects or even how long "short term" was and thought my next cleaning appointment would have been a good timeline. My teeth ended up shifting. I'm honestly quite upset that these potential issues weren't brought up to me beforehand and now my only option is to hope the move back or get Invisalign for $5k. I was super happy with my teeth beforehand and while this shift is minor, it never would have happened if I had either been properly informed or just not taken the advice. EDIT: Doesn't give accurate quotes. Front desk wasn't that helpful in seeing how the discrepancy happened and says there's no way it would have come out to the price it did and that's it. Didn't even try to say they'll look into it or remind others to be careful. I don't know why I keep getting bad experiences here as this place is highly rated but this is my experience. I'm sure you'll have better luck than me.
