Dr. Pham enjoys being part of the dental team! His love for dentistry drives him to provide patients with excellent dental care and he finds joy in helping each patient reach their dental goals. Dr. Pham takes pride in his dental work and strives to give his best to each of his patients. He enjoys being with his co-workers and also enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of work. For Dr. Pham, dentistry is a field worth investing in and his patients are his top priority.
Dr. Biga was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Philosophy. She then moved to Baltimore to attend the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where she graduated magna cum laude again. After dental school, Dr. Biga completed a General Practice Residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine/Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts, focusing on community health and the oral-systemic connection. Dr. Biga has been with Waldorf Dental Group since completing her residency in 2014. She is committed to expanding her knowledge through continuing education as part of a local chapter of the Spear Study Club.
Robin was born in La Plata, Maryland. She was raised in Maryland, Oahu and Virginia Beach. She joined the team in 2015. Robins favorite thing about working in the office is interacting with her patients and the rest of her team.
Colene Smith was born and raised in Illinois and joined the dental team in March of 2014. Colene earned her Dental Hygiene Degree from Lewis & Clark College in Southern Illinois. She is certified to administer localized anesthesia infiltration and block. Her husbands transfer to Andrews Air Force Base brought her to Maryland in 2013. Her love for her job stems from helping people reach their optimal oral health. She enjoys volunteering at Give Kids a Smile and has done so for several years. Colene also went on a missions trip to Honduras and hopes to go on more missions trips in the future!
Her hobbies include all things outdoors. She enjoys hiking, swimming, caring for her plants and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids and Siberian Husky, Max. She is a huge Chicago Cubs fan and was a little excited when they finally won the World Series in 2016. Shes also obsessed with sharks! (Maybe its their teeth?) Her favorite week of the year is you guessed it Disney Channels Shark Week!
Patty was born and raised in West Virginia. She graduated from West Virginia University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Patty has been a part of the dental team since 2001. She has enjoyed taking continuing education courses, especially RDH Under One Roof. She has taken advantage of her extra time during the recent pandemic to gain even more knowledge through many hours of education through Zoom. Patty taught two continuing education courses at the College of Southern Maryland for over 10 years. She is also a member of the COHA (Colgate Oral Health Advisor). Patty considers herself a dental nerd and loves everything about working in the dental field. She enjoys helping patients improve their dental health as well as their overall health. She finds satisfaction in providing excellent treatment to each patient. To Patty, her coworkers are like her family. She enjoys getting close to her team and her patients and has built many cherished relationships over the years.
When off the clock, Patty enjoys practicing yoga and hiking the local trails with her dog, Daisy. Her goal is to someday be part of a dental forensic team. Patty lives by the motto, Stay Humble, Work Hard and Be Kind.
Tina was born in Milford, Delaware and raised in Farmington, Delaware. Tina has been part of the dental team since 2005. She attended the Southern College of Maryland where she received education as a Dental Radiation Technologist. She took a dental assisting course in General Expanded Intraoral functions. Tina also attended On-going Health Studies Institute for Infection Control and OSHA Essentials. Her favorite thing about working in the dental field is spending time with patients and helping them feel safe. She likes to educate patients on dental procedures and also enjoys spending time with her co-workers.
Tina makes the most of her time away from work by spending time with family and friends, riding the trails in the woods on her side-by-side, feeding wild animals, hiking and camping. Tina puts her heart into everything that she does. She believes everything happens for a reason and what goes around comes around.
