Dr. Owen Waldman grew up in Rockland County, NY and attended Arizona State University where he first fell in love with the Valley of the Sun. He graduated from ASU in 1991, but there were no dental schools in Arizona at the time, so he went back East to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1995. He returned to NY to practice and quickly built his office into one of, if not the, premier practice in Orange County, NY, but always wanted to return to the Valley one day.

In 2005, he followed his dreams, sold his practice in NY, and returned to Arizona, the place where he always felt most at home. Dr. Waldman is know for his excellent and meticulous clinical skill in most all phases of dentistry, staying up to date with the most current technology, his efficiency, relaxed chair-side manner, ability to listen to what his patients' concerns are, and treating each case based on the patient's specific wants and needs.

Dr. Waldman is happily married to his wife Cori, who he has been with for over 25 years. They have four beautiful children West, Cali, twins Briggs and Ellie and their dog Sonny, who keep him very busy when he is out of the office. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking, working out and watching, playing with and coaching his children in their chosen sports.

Dr. Jason J. Augustine has been practicing Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Phoenix since 2000. He earned his Doctorate in Dentistry and Masters in Periodontal Surgery from The Ohio State University. Dr. Augustine performs a wide range of non-surgical, laser assisted and surgical treatments for the management of Gum Disease. He also has extensive training in Cosmetic Gum Procedures and Surgical Implant Dentistry. As a leader in these areas, he lectures regularly on these topics and holds a position on several scientific advisory boards. Dr. Augustine maintains an active membership in numerous dental organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology. He held a position as an Associate Professor at Midwestern College of Dental Medicine from 2007-2011. In addition to working in conjunction with Dr. Waldman, he also maintains his state of the art periodontal office in North Phoenix, Dr. Augustine practices the most current advances in his field.

Amber is an Arizona Native. She graduated from Lake Havasu High in 1994 and moved back to Phoenix to further her education. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute for Dental Assisting and has excelled in the Dental field for over 20 years. Amber's clinical skill matched with her witty humor make for a comforting and relaxing experience while patients are in the office. Amber is certified by the State of Arizona for coronal polishing, She enjoys volunteering with Puppy Luv Animal Rescue, working out and spending time with her husband Jimmy and friends. They have one son and three fur children. Amber has been with Dr. Waldman since 2012.

Tina is from Michigan and has been in the Valley since 1980. She joined our team in 2021, On her off time she enjoys working out, game nights and spending time with her family and friends. She has been married to her husband for 31 years and has two daughters.

Nancy moved here from Idaho and joinedour team in 2015 and has been in the dental field for over 18 years. Nancy has been a great asset to our team, with her clinical skills and calming personality. Nancy has traveled to many countries from Europe to Asia and has lived in Canada and even Hawaii. She has two daughters, a Pug named Fez and a Dachshund named Moshe. When not in the office she enjoysspending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors and taking in some hiking whenever she can.

Cori has been a hygienist for over 20 years in the Valley. Originally from Las Vegas, she attended Northern Arizona University and received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Cori was the President of Central Arizona Dental Hygienist Association and served as a National Delegate. She enjoys spending time with her family,champagne, and photography.

Originally from Mammoth Lakes, California, Rebecca attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. She then went on to attend Carrington College here in Mesa to pursue her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Rebecca loves educating her patients about the importance of good oral hygiene. She enjoys making lifelong connections with all of her patients.
