Dr Walden is a native of eastern Kentucky. He earned a Bachelors from Morehead State University in Biology and Integrated Sciences. He earned his Masters Degree in Oral Biology and Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Louisville. In 2002, he completed a hospital-based general practice residency at University Hospital in Louisville. Dr Walden continued his post-doctorate training and received his certificate in Endodontics from the University of Louisville in 2004.
Dr. Walden is a Specialist member of the American Association of Endodontics. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Northern Kentucky Dental Association, and is currently the President of the Kentucky Endodontic Association.
She is a native of Northern Kentucky where she lives with husband Terry. They have 2 daughters and 3 beautiful grandchildren. When not helping Dr. Walden, she enjoys spending time with family, entertaining family and friends, traveling, boating and camping.
Indira has been in customer service and management for over 10 years, and joined our team in 2015. Her friendly personality and cheerful smile are what make her a wonderful addition to our team. Her passion is to welcome our patients and make them feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
Rachel has been with our practice since 2014, and working in the dental field since 2011. With a background in dental assisting as well as dental hygiene, she brings to our office a variety of dental skills. Her top priority is patient comfort and always wants to see our patients leave with a smile on their face.
She is a northern Kentucky native, where she lives with her husband Marty. They have 2 daughters, a son, and 3 grandchildren combined. In her spare time she enjoys entertaining family and friends, and traveling
Mary Anne has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She joined our office in 2005 and immediately became a valuable asset to the practice. She has extensive experience in endodontics, and is a skilled treatment assistant.
She works closely with Dr. Walden and staff to keep us performing at optimum efficiency. She is very attentive to the needs of our patients, and makes certain that they have a great experience while they are in our care. She has one daughter, loves to travel, hike.

These people were amazing! Dr Walden was considerate, thurough and personable. The staff put sunglasses on me to keep debris out of my eyes and sheild them from the lights, they put a latex frame around the tooth to keep debris from going down my throat. Extremely considerate and easy to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanku Dr Walden and Staff!

I had a root canal on my upper back tooth and it was so easy. I couldn't believe Dr Walden was finish. It was as simple as getting a filling done. So glad I went. Everyone in the office was so nice. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Walden and his staff were great!! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first root canal and I had no clue what to expect. They answered every question and was so nice about it. Dr Walden was gentle and very attentive which calmed my nerves! 10/10 would recommend!!

Went in nervous af. Came out super happy. Pain free root canal what more could you ask for. Dr Walden super cool guy to talk to along with his staff. Highly recommend!!!

I love this place. Root canal was quick and painless. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Only thing is, I wish it was closer to home.

Staff very friendly! Dr Walden had excellent rapport. This is my second root canal from Dr Walden. The last 3 years,ago ...perfect and successful. My only recommendation is to warn patient that epinephrine shot may make you feel off when your heart suddenly takes off.... not to panic and you won't die...lol

Going in to have his work redone this morning. I had to pay out of pocket for horrible work. Dr Walden did my root canal and less than 6 months later, another endodontist has to fix his work. The bedside manner was horrible, no one spoke to me at all, not even Dr Walden. Very odd environment and horrible work. Beware......

The receptionist was very polite and welcoming at 7:30 AM ! Staff were very polite and efficient and helped calm my nervousness. Lisa, Dr Walden's assistant answered all my questions and helped me relax. The whole procedure went smoothly. Dr. Walden kept asking if I was ok which I appreciated! My first and hopefully last root canal went great! I highly recommend Dr Walden and his staff!

Walden did not talk to me. Used his Dental Assistant to tell me that they could not do my root canal- said it was because my dentist had used Thermafill. She said Thermafill is not a good material to use if you need to have a redo down the road. My dentist said he uses it all the time and has other pts who had a redo. Not sure what the truth is here. They said they do not check with your dentist to see what kind of material was used with each person's root canal. No communication from the staff about what I was supposed to do with a temporary filling for post procedure activities. They are still going to bill my insurance and take my money that I had paid- said I might get some of it back. Not many of them out there, but I would look elsewhere.

I made an appointment for a root canal but I never went through with it because it was cheaper to get it pulled at my original dentist. My problem is when I would call to cancel my root canal appointment it would always ring and then go to voice mail and I would call multiple times a day for days. They're either ignoring calls or need better staff members.

I went to see Dr. Walden for the extraction before a root canal. There was an infection and I was prescribed antibiotics. After one round of antibiotics I was still in a lot of pain and called his office and they prescribed a second round. After two rounds the infection was still not healed so we went for a third round. After the third round I was still in pain and they said I needed to come in however they were getting ready to go on vacation so I scheduled it soon as I could. In the meantime, my dentist would not finish the root canal Until they were sure that the infection was gone. I just left Dr. Walden's office after he talked down to me and chastised me for this not being taken care of. He was rude and I would never recommend him to anyone!

Dr Walden was great! Very friendly and efficient. I had a lot of confidence in him. His staff was friendly... what they lack in common sense they make up for with smiles. I left Dr Waldens office and headed to the pharmacy where I sat and waited for over an hour for 3 prescriptions to be sent over electronically. Antibiotic, Tramadol and 600mg Ibuprofen. Can't be that hard, right?! Oh.. but it can!! The poor pharm tech called me to the window twice to ask me what the heck is going on because the dr office kept sending over scripts for OTC meds which the insurance company rejects. *As you can imagine, the numbing meds have worn off and the pain is setting in at this point*. I honestly spent more time at the pharmacy than I did at the dr office for a root canal! Overall.. Dr Walden is awesome! I would see him again anytime. But he needs to fire that incompetent staff. They definitely take away from the experience and made what could have been a down right pleasant root canal absolutely awful all because they simply couldn't send e-scripts over correctly.

This place was awesome! I have always had a fear of dentists - specifically when it comes to anything requiring more than a filling. The staff was professional, friendly, and very good at what they do. Dr. Walden was extremely professional - came in and shook my hand, asked twice if I was doing okay, and I have to say I have never had that quick of a root canal before in my life! He had completed the procedure within 20 minutes as compared to 45 minutes to an hour I previously spent with my primary dentist.

Dr. Walden is amazing. He's kind, compassionate, and truly cares about each of his patients. What I found absolutely amazing is that he was so gentle, I was never in pain or uncomfortable during my procedure. In fact, I had immediate relief from the pain. This is testimony to his skill and ability as a doctor. His staff was wonderful as well. From the moment you walk in the door until you check out everyone is so kind and caring. I can't recommend Dr. Walden and his staff enough. You will be in awesome, wonderful hands.
