Extremely satisfied with Dr. Sayeed and his team. I needed (and still do need) a good amount of work done and only on my second appointment they got two of my biggest problems taken care of in such a short amount of time. The doctor works fast and so steady I've never been so comfortable getting dental work done.

Great dentist and staff! My son needed extensive work on his teeth and we had all of the work done in a timely manner. My son loves his smile now. So happy we found this dentist!!

Amazing staff and dentist.Found this practice after one of our children broke her tooth. All of us were very nervous. Dr. Sayeed and his staff eased our fears and explained everything . Detailed oriented, patient ,and kind. Walden Dental is our family's official go to stop lol.

Highly recommend this office. The front desk staff are kind and doctor is knowledgeable. While visiting from out of town I needed a last minute appointment for a chipped tooth and they accommodated me. I was seated within 5 minutes of my appointment time and the doctor saw me pretty immediately and re-cemented my veneer. Grateful for the quality last minute service. Thank you!

One of the best experiences ive ever had,everyone there was so helpful,i had a root canal done and it was amazingly fast and did not hurt,the doctor was kind and i couldnt rate them high enough

Dr. Sayeed was the absolute best his bedside manner is amazing. I got an appointment for my dad within a couple days of calling. The office staff was extremely courteous and polite which made the process painless. The dental hygienist spoke both English and Spanish which was very accommodating! Overall I would highly recommend this practice.

I am so glad I have found really caring dental office. The staff and dentist is very nice people. On June 14 I had wait few minutes longer in the waiting room and the office manager kept apologizing this shows they do care about their patients. I do have one suggestion to share. Many people who have Medicare and Medicaid are on dual HMO d-snap plan through many insurance companies like United health care and well care by Fidelis care and both of these insurance companies have annual dental cap $1000 and the fidelis care members evidence of coverage book mention that members should provide their dental office their Medicaid card for secondary insurance to cover part of bill. Unfortunately this office doesn't take Medicaid. It be helpful if they could accept Medicaid as secondary insurance.

This Dental Office is GREAT! Like most people I've had a couple bad experiences with Dentist's and the assisting staff were all very nice and did what they could to put me at ease and let the Doctor know I felt anxious and then he did everything he could to help me relax. They even turned a fan on and pointed it at me because I was starting to sweat. The doctor recognized when I seemed to be getting anxious and gave me a min to relax while just chatting with me. Aside from the excellent "bedside manner" the dentist gave a very painless needle. The first one I felt a little and the next 3 I didn't feel at all. I needed many fillings and he worked quick. Aside from being a bit warm I have no complaints and will definitely continue to see this dentist and highly recommend others to come here. Just make sure you communicate your fears or concerns if you have any. Hope this helps :)

Walden Dental NY is by far, the absolute best dental practice my children and I have ever been to. Absolutely everyone, from the receptionist to hygienist to the doctor, are so warm, kind and patient. I found them by accident, when calling around for an endodontist, and from the first phone call through appointment booking and the actual procedures and dental appointments they have blown me away. Everyone is so upbeat and warm from start to finish. They help you navigate your insurance and get you in for an appointment faster than any dentist I have been to. The hygienist and Dr. Sayeed explain everything they are doing and go above and beyond to educate you on the procedures and everyday care. My son is 14 and had some bad experiences other places and Dr Sayeed calmed him and was so gentile and caring while working slowly at my sons pace. The doctor is amazing to watch as he is like a one man show. So quick but precise and throughly educated giving the patients the absolute best service and treatment. I have completely switched my whole family to Walden Dental NY and only wish I found them sooner. Everything they do is done with genuine kindness and compassion. They focus solely on the comfort and best quality care for the patient. I can't say enough great things about this entire practice. I hope they never leave because we will now be lifers! Thank you Dr. Sayeed and everyone at Walden Dental NY you are all amazing people and the best dental practice I have ever known! 10 stars!

So far so good. Very satisfied with first/initial visit, the Dr seemed good, thorough, competent and I was pleased with his proposed game plan for fixing up my smile as well as his beside manner and information/service in general. The other employees seemed really great,; kind n courteous but also very professional and competent. I was pleased that my next appointment was made promptly to begin getting the dental work I need and I hope the quality of that work is as good as the service I received and the general experience I had here.

So glad to find a dentist that has a very good personality that makes me trust him in all my dental needs. Dr. Sayeed is the best in town. He just gave me a brand new smile and the staffs are very welcoming. Very satisfied here

New to the area and was in need of a dentist for tooth pain went to another dentist had a very bad experience, soon after the pain came back even worse. I called Walden dental ny and immediately was feeling confident that they were the right place went in for an emergency check and they found that my wisdom tooth was decaying so they quickly removed it. Chelsea and the dr were very nice and made me feel as comfortable as I am at home. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of a good dentist who cares for their patients

I had severe tooth pain and needed a root canal. I am so glad Dr.Sayeed was able to fix my problem with proper care. I am giving it a 5/5 but if I could, I would definitely give it a 10/10! Dr.Sayeed really is a hardworking Person and I am very grateful for the work he's done on my teeth. The service here was amazing as well! I honestly felt so comfortable. I genuinely appreciate how they treat people and I would recommend this greatly!
