Dr. Zeina Waked believes in treating each patient individually; devoting personal attention to one patient at a time. She has an eye for detailand is committed to allowing everyone the right amount of time to receive the treatment they need. She doesnt give up, in fact, shes headstrong and confronts any dental challenges she faces.
Dr. Zeina is a 1999 graduate of Ohio State University Dental School and has always had an interest in dentistry, even as a child. She started on the path to becoming a medical doctor,even completing a general practice residency with St. Lukes/St. Vincents. However, her passion for dentistry continued to burn, and she shifted her career path towards helping patients discover their healthier smiles. She is certified in dental implant placement and Botox/Juvederm.
She believes in the value of great health, evidenced by her commitment to exercising 6-7 days a week. Oral health is a direct component of great health, and Dr. Waked is happy to help her patients discover the connection between healthy smiles and better overall wellness.
When shes not dedicating her time to improving her patients oral health, she enjoys cooking, hiking, working out, golfing, cycling, and reading. Dr. Waked loves that dentistry allows her to have two families: her patients and work team, and her husband, Brian and their three children, Olivia, Julia, and Adriana.
After completing her education at the Polaris Career Center, Jamie entered the dental field. 30 years later, she is still as passionate about helping patients with their oral health goals as she ever was! At Waked Dental, Jamie can be found assisting Dr. Waked and making sure the practice stays within OSHA regulations. She loves the personal touch that Dr. Waked brings to the practice, and feels encouraged to truly get to know the patients she helps. When she is not at the office, Jamie can be found spending time with her husband and children.
Caroline loves learning, as exemplified by her extensive academic background. Graduating magna cum laude with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene, Caroline also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelors Degree in Spanish from Ohio State University. Shes been working in dentistry since 2010 and is a great new addition to our team. Caroline delivers outstanding preventive dentistry, ensuring our patients have healthy smiles that last. She provides periodontal care, polishes and cleans teeth, and discusses at-home care and healthy routines to maintain a beautiful smile. She loves how her job allows her to develop a relationship with her patients, and shes able to educate and assist them in making the right choices for their smile. She knew as early as second grade that shed have a future in dentistry and used to play dentist with her siblings as a child. She believes in helping the underserved populations receive access to dental care, especially children, and is currently serving as VP of the Cleveland Dental Hygienists Association (CDHA), representing Cleveland at the state level. With her sororitys Alumni Association, Chi-Omega, she raises money for Make-A-Wish Foundation and volunteers on her own for the St. Augustine Health Ministry. She recommends children read The Real Tooth Fairy, which will guide them through the transition to adult teeth while maintaining the magic of the tooth fairy. When shes not busy at our office, Caroline is likely exercising, biking in the summer, or relaxing with her cat, Max.

Dr. Waked and her incredible staff are truly the best and most thorough dental experience I've ever had. They have been working so hard to transform my teeth into its healthiest state possible, since I went through a lot of changes during and after my pregnancy a few years ago. It is really the highest quality dental care I've ever had and the administrative/reception team is responsive, friendly, and quick to address any of my needs. Highly recommended practice!

I was looking for a new dentist in my location and came up with Waked Dental out of three. I called and scheduled a appointment where I know I was very nervous because who has time for a dentist! I would like to say I was very impressed with the whole staff plus the Dental Hygienist cleaned and walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and trusting my health was taking very serious! Then the topper the Dentist Zeina Waked walked in and made suggestions and gave recommendations plus a referral. I'm going back a second a third and from now on. Thank you Waked Dental for creating and inviting atmosphere. I will make my recommendation as well and ask my family to join me and start scheduling their appointments at my new dentist.

Always a truly positive experience when I go to Dr. Waked's office! Am soooo impressed with all her hygienists. They are very thorough when they clean my teeth and they show me pictures of individual teeth and explain what's going on with them. The hygienists thoroughly answer my questions. Dr. Waked is just amazing! She has a way of making patients feel welcomed to be in her office and comfortable. She's always done an excellent job treating my teeth throughout the years and for that, I am truly grateful! Highly recommend Dr. Waked--and have done so to several friends who have all thanked me!
