I have a lot of words I could put into this box but bottom line is save yourself some time and headache- go elsewhere for your children's Ortho needs.

I called in because my son was having tooth pain, I explained that to the representative. Even how I took him to ER. Long story short I asked for a referral since that was beyond their scope she ended up saying good luck. I am not taking my children here again we are going back to our old dentist. "Good luck" is not appropriate specially when a 7 year old is in extreme pain. As his primary dentist an appointment to even evaluate would have been more appropriate & then move forward or even helpful to provide a referral regardless rather than just Good luck and hanging up because of the type of insurance he has. When I needed most help though was a total nightmare!

I drive 30 minutes to go to the Garner location. My daughter LOVES it there. Everyone is always so kind and patient. They allow parents to stay with their children if they choose to. The dentists always explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions that I may have. 100% would not go anywhere else!

I took my baby to Dr. Dave to have her tongue and lip tie fixed. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Dave and the staff are! I was walked though the entire procedure beforehand, the cost was explained in detail multiple times, there was no pressure to have anything done if I wanted time to research or think, and the follow ups were very through. My daughter has healed beautifully from her procedure and is now able to nurse better, and takes a bottle of pumped milk so I can return to work with less worry! You can tell that Dr. Dave loves what he does, it shows in every interaction we had. I am looking forward to him being my daughter's dentist for years to come, and am confident that she will love her dental visits because she is in the best hands!
