The doctor was super nice and professional! Great playlist of music during your wait and everyone there was nice! Surgery was super quick and easy and painless! High recommend for all your needs!

Can I give it a zero? So I would have been a new patient, but never saw the dr. I was referred by my dentist for a consult. I arrived in time , got checked in and after 40min I was invited in a room. A dental assistant comes and tells me that she needs to take an Xray and slams the button on my chair. I have vertigo so that was not good for me - still feel it in my right ear. That condition was listed in my chart, but why bother reading. I was announced that there will be a few more minutes. At 50 min from my original appt I wanted to step out, but they asked me to wait a few more min. The office manager came to offer me to reschedule! I declined and told her that they are not respecting their patients time! I was immediately proven wrong, as they took in a patient who arrived 20 min after me! I guess some people are more equal than others!

Your Office and Staff are some of the very best we have ever visited and needed your services. Dr. Reynolds is by far one of the premier Endodontists in our area. I would recommend his expertise and services to everyone. He outlined the plan for my wife and delivered incredible results and services beyond our expectations. I can't believe I'm writing a review for a root canal but seriously Dr. Reynolds was the best. He and Stephanie (she was awesome) explained everything from start to finish and left nothing to question. Even showed me pics from the procedure. To add a cherry on top, the entire front desk staff was wonderful! Absolutely first class in every way!! Thank you for making mine a great experience.

Do Not Use! Saw Dr. Pettit and he has no idea what he is doing. He couldn't get me numb, got heart palpitations, dizziness etc. from all the Novacaine and they didn't care when I questioned it, still had pain for weeks after root canal and still have pain months later. That is not normal and indicates he screwed up. They will not process insurance without repeated calls and again months later still have not done it correctly. Even with 2 dental insurances, I'm still out of pocket because of their lack of knowledge in how to submit a claim. Horrible experience - avoid at all costs.

Dr. Reynolds is awesome and his staff! They kept me at ease the entire time during both of my root canals and made sure the process was pain free. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end which made the visit even better. Definitely recommend this place for Endodontic work!

The team worked swiftly to see my little girl who was in pain after she chipped a tooth. Dr Petit and Tara were so calm and encouraging to her. I would highly recommend!

Outstanding visit in every possible way. Dr. Reynolds and staff were friendly, professional and clearly experts in everything they did. Dr. Reynolds explained the procedure thoroughly beforehand and went into a detail explanation with me and my wife using actual pictures from my procedure. Would highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and his practice to anyone needing endodontic services.

I have been to Dr. Reynolds a couple of times and every time he has been fantastic along with his staff! I would recommend him to anyone, and he worked late just so he could fit me in to get seen right always Thank you Dr. Reynolds!!

Dr. Pettit turned a would-be-miserable experience into a FUN one for my 9 year-old daughter! From taking his time explaining each step of the root canal procedure and letting her feel the tools and material, to joking around about fourth grade and showing her before-and-after X-rays, Dr. Pettit seamlessly infused warmth and personality and put her at ease. And...she felt no pain during or after the procedure. Highly recommend.

I am a high anxiety patient an felt in the right hands. The whole staff were pleasurable and beyond kind. They took the extra time needed for myself to feel as comfortable as possible. I felt no pain for any of the procedure truly.. can't get away from shots first though but all in all a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Reynolds to my friends and family.

My visit with Dr Reynolds was a very positive, relaxed, and caring experience. From the moment I was greeted upon my arrival to being surrounded by Dr. Reynolds, Melinda and staff to completing the checkout process, I felt that the staff truly cares about the services that they provide to their customers! As for Dr. Reynolds, he truly rocks!! In my opinion, the root canal that he performed on my tooth was similar to me getting a filling!! If I ever need another root canal, I will definitely revisit Dr. Reynolds without hesitation! He gets a 5-star rating because he is simply awesome!! I'm a very anxious dental patient and everyone here made me feel very cared for and much more relaxed than any other place I've been. Dr. Reynolds did a root canal, and I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure and didn't even need any pain medication afterwards. Dr. Reynolds is amazing as well as all the staff there, and I highly recommend going there if you need a root canal especially if you have any kind of dental anxiety!

Went to see Dr Reynalds about issue on a tooth .. He actually recommended something else as it was not needing a root canal. Having had a root Canal from him before I know the care and patience he has for someone like me who is nervous and needs extra pain management. I like he takes time to explain and makes you feel comfortable with putting a plan in place for work to be done. There is no one else I would go to for any extensive work except him.
