Dr. William Waite is grateful and honored to serve this amazing community. Having undergone orthodontic treatment himself, he has seen firsthand the positive impact a healthy and confident smile can have on someones life. Practicing as an orthodontist, Dr. Waite feels privileged to help others receive the same benefits he received as a patient.

Dr. Waite earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from BYU-Hawaii. He then attended the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Following dental school, Dr. Waite completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, and received additional training in treating complex cases within the fields of pediatric dentistry, cosmetic and implant dentistry, and oral surgery. Continuing to pursue his dream of becoming an orthodontist, Dr. Waite then embarked upon the final phase of his education at Vanderbilt University. It was there that Dr. Waite received his advanced specialty certification in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Throughout the course of his entire education, Dr. Waite has received numerous awards and honors for his academic excellence and superior patient care. Dr. Waite is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Waite demonstrates his commitment to his field and his patients by maintaining active involvement in continuing education courses, study groups, and memberships in numerous professional organizations. Dr. Waite remains on the cutting edge of his profession by staying current on the latest orthodontic research and employing the most effective orthodontic techniques. Dr. Waites involvement in his specialty extends beyond the doors of the practice he works both locally and internationally in providing basic health and dental care to impoverished communities. Dr. Waite strongly believes in serving those in need, and he has had the opportunity to provide much needed dental treatment in Nicaragua, Mexico, and the central valley of California.

Dr. Waite was born and raised in Orange County, California. He has been married to his wonderful, and supportive wife for over fifteen years. They are the proud parents of three children (Myles, Mia, and Ford). Outside of orthodontics, Dr. Waite enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church, surfing, golfing, and running.

Born and raised in Buena Park, CA she is a Certified Medical Assistant. She enjoys watching our patients grow up as they progress through treatment. Outside of the office she enjoys gardening, watching baseball and spending time with her family.

Born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam, Jenny now resides in Anaheim, CA. She is a graduate of Concorde College and is a Registered Dental Assistant. She enjoys watching patients smile change throughout treatment. When she is not at work she enjoys biking, cooking for her family, movies and watching the sunset.

The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) was founded in 1929. It is the oldest and most prestigious specialty board in dentistry. The ABOs aim is to elevate the standards of the practice of orthodontia, to familiarize the public with its aim and ideals, and to protect the public against irresponsible and unqualified practitioners.

To become board certified, an orthodontist must pass a rigorous set of written and clinical examinations, as well as a comprehensive review of his or her credentials. The initial process of becoming board certified can take anywhere from five to ten years. Once certified, the orthodontist must become recertified every ten years to maintain board-certified status.

A board-certified orthodontist, also known as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, has been voluntarily examined by his or her peers on the basis of knowledge and clinical skills. Becoming board certified signifies the orthodontists pursuit of continued proficiency and excellence in orthodontics.
