Dr. William Waite is grateful and honored to serve this amazing community. Having undergone orthodontic treatment himself, he has seen firsthand the positive impact a healthy and confident smile can have on someones life. Practicing as an orthodontist, Dr. Waite feels privileged to help others receive the same benefits he received as a patient.
Dr. Waite earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from BYU-Hawaii. He then attended the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Following dental school, Dr. Waite completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, and received additional training in treating complex cases within the fields of pediatric dentistry, cosmetic and implant dentistry, and oral surgery. Continuing to pursue his dream of becoming an orthodontist, Dr. Waite then embarked upon the final phase of his education at Vanderbilt University. It was there that Dr. Waite received his advanced specialty certification in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Throughout the course of his entire education, Dr. Waite has received numerous awards and honors for his academic excellence and superior patient care. Dr. Waite is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Waite demonstrates his commitment to his field and his patients by maintaining active involvement in continuing education courses, study groups, and memberships in numerous professional organizations. Dr. Waite remains on the cutting edge of his profession by staying current on the latest orthodontic research and employing the most effective orthodontic techniques. Dr. Waites involvement in his specialty extends beyond the doors of the practice he works both locally and internationally in providing basic health and dental care to impoverished communities. Dr. Waite strongly believes in serving those in need, and he has had the opportunity to provide much needed dental treatment in Nicaragua, Mexico, and the central valley of California.
Dr. Waite was born and raised in Orange County, California. He has been married to his wonderful, and supportive wife for over fifteen years. They are the proud parents of three children (Myles, Mia, and Ford). Outside of orthodontics, Dr. Waite enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church, surfing, golfing, and running.
Born and raised in Buena Park, CA she is a Certified Medical Assistant. She enjoys watching our patients grow up as they progress through treatment. Outside of the office she enjoys gardening, watching baseball and spending time with her family.
Born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam, Jenny now resides in Anaheim, CA. She is a graduate of Concorde College and is a Registered Dental Assistant. She enjoys watching patients smile change throughout treatment. When she is not at work she enjoys biking, cooking for her family, movies and watching the sunset.
The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) was founded in 1929. It is the oldest and most prestigious specialty board in dentistry. The ABOs aim is to elevate the standards of the practice of orthodontia, to familiarize the public with its aim and ideals, and to protect the public against irresponsible and unqualified practitioners.
To become board certified, an orthodontist must pass a rigorous set of written and clinical examinations, as well as a comprehensive review of his or her credentials. The initial process of becoming board certified can take anywhere from five to ten years. Once certified, the orthodontist must become recertified every ten years to maintain board-certified status.
A board-certified orthodontist, also known as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, has been voluntarily examined by his or her peers on the basis of knowledge and clinical skills. Becoming board certified signifies the orthodontists pursuit of continued proficiency and excellence in orthodontics.

My son has been Dr. Waite's patient for past 10 months. He is a teenager who is very picky about almost everything. He has severe crowding in his teeth. Dr. Waite is very attentive and very well skilled dentist. My son truly trusts him and enjoys his progress. I never expected he actually look forward his monthly appointment. His staffs are also very nice and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Waite.

I have been coming to Dr. Waite for my Invisalign treatment for about a year now, and I am so happy with my results so far! I have a few months left and I can't wait to see how my teeth turn out overall. I first came here 15 years ago for braces with dr Sugiyama. I didn't wear my retainer so my teeth shifted. Dr. Waite recommended the Invisalign and I am glad he did! He along with all of the staff have been nothing but kind to me throughout this process and I am glad I decided to stay with this office! I just finished treatment with Dr. Waite a little over a month ago, and I could not be more pleased with the results! I had a very difficult case that several Orthodontists didn't want to attempt. From the initial consultation Dr. Waite knew exactly the treatment plan he wanted to do for me and was confident it would work. Even though Dr. Waite was confident, I was hesitant because this wasn't my first round of braces. I had braces twice in elementary school and once in high school. After three rounds of braces my bite still reverted back and I was left with a slight underbite. This caused me to only be biting down on my very back teeth and was making eating difficult, as well as causing damage to my back teeth. Dr. Waite originally told me I would be in braces for about 18 months, but he got it done in 16!! Each step of the process Dr Waite was very thorough and willing to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or that he didn't care about my case. His office staff is fantastic and creates a warm and friendly environment. The only downside of having my braces off is not visiting them once a month. Thank you so much to Dr. Waite and your staff for the fantastic results. I love my smile now, and all the issues I was having previously with my bite are gone.

Dr. Waite and his team are some of the best! I had braces for 4 years and I honestly am so glad it was here! It's about a 30-40mim drive for me but it's 100% worth it! When you are going to an office for such a long time and even after your treatment is over for retainer checks, etc., you feel a part of the family. I love feeling so comfortable, able to ask any questions and knowing that their best interest is my health and care. I don't feel like just another "client" I feel taken care of which means the world to me and my dental needs! My braces have been off for about 2 years now and they still welcome me, every time. Love this team and would 10/10 recommend to ANYONE.

We love how comfortable the office makes you feel when you walk inside and the friendly staff that great you. Dr Waite is not in his office but with me and my son, keeping us updated on the progress of my son's orthodontic treatment. Their flexible schedule is also helpful.
