Dr Wainwright and his staff are always friendly, professional and caring. The office is well-kept and runs on schedule. It's a pleasure to visit and I highly recommend them!

The receptionist was wonderful and so beyond nice to my daughter and myself. The dental assistant who did her pictures for her braces was phenomenal as well my daughter is scared of the dentist and when we walked out the first thing she said was MOM that girl was amazing so gentle and very informative. Highly Recommended

I love this orthodontist but the reception desk is probably my least favorite place. The women I have had the pleasure of dealing with the last two times I have been in the office is everything but friendly. She doesn't listen to your questions, she rolls her eyes, just terrible customer service all around. It's funny I have a problem every time I'm there but all my fiance has to do is call and he gets treated with the upmost respect, gets his questions answered, and has the issue solved in a five minute phone call. Yet when I'm there in person I get eye rolls and disrespectful behavior. Not impressed

My daughter is about a year into her braces and we have really enjoyed Dr. Wainwright and all this staff. Not only are they very friendly but they also make sure my daughter and i understand everything at her visits. Great place , would highly recommend

Was wondering if you guys offer in office financing? Do you? Edit: is the financing credit based or can anyone do it? The reason I ask is I'm only 19 and have no credit history but don't have the funds to pay in full but I could easily do month to month payments

I wish the orthodontists would communicate more about the progress, with the braces. As a parent to the patient I have only seen him once during the consultation.

My daughter is 16 and will have a long road for braces and surgery. I felt at home in their office and Dr. Wainwright made great suggestions to make her feel better for the long run. Can't wait to see her changes.

Dr. Wainwright and his staff are simply awesome! Very professional,always prompt with appointments and easy to deal with. I just needed a new retainer to maintain my teeth. I haven't been to an Orthodontist in over 10 years. The process was smooth and affordable! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help!

Dr. Wainwright is amazing! He is very professional, personable, and does great work. He has excellent business skills as well as orthodontic skills. He has a magnificent assistant staff as well! They are kind, careful, and willing to answer any and all questions. My daughters teeth look flawless and we didn't have any complications along the way. I wouldn't take my other four children to anyone else. We highly recommend Wainwright Orthodontics to anyone seeking an orthodontist.

Very professional. Was able to calm my child down when she was being stubborn about having an expander put in. Very patient with kids when explaining everything they will be doing to calm their fears. Covid setup is great to ensure everyone is safe.

Dr. Wainwright would not service me as a long patient of the previous practice Dr. Moss. I requested he make a retainer to push my teeth back in place but he did not want to do that because I was moving. Not happy with him or his attitude as he refused service for his own patient. Time to find a better Ortho.
