You can fill out your pre-check form online which makes everything there easier. Fast and to the point with the cleaning. Not heavy handed which is a plus.

Everyone friendly and efficient. They got me right back as soon as I got there. Cleaning went well, fast and no pain. The girl that cleaned my teeth was very thorough.

I've been going to this dentist office for years with my family. I love the staff here, everyone is always kind & professional. The office is kept super clean & organized always. I always feel comfortable - I'm very sad I have to find a new dentist when I move out of state.

This is the nicest Dental Office I have visited in my life (I'm in my early 30)!!! The receptionists are very welcoming and Knowledgeable. The Doctor and technician who did my dental cleaning make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process making me feel secure and without anxiety. Going back to follow up on some work that I need to be done but so far very good professionals and human beings

Outstanding compassion for what they do and for their patients. Highly recommend Dr. O she has been nothing short of wonderful helpful and understanding. Can't wait to happily smile again. A childhood accident caused many of dental issues for me and I just cringe at the thought of dental work. Now I'm comfortable enough to face the put off issues. Thank you So much for the team in Wahiawa that work long side Dr. O I can't express how thankful I am to have found this Dental Group.

I'm so glad that I had them as my Dental Office because the entire staff was always sweet and patient! They surely made me feel at ease and even happy to be at the dentist. Jody was always a delight to talk to either in person or over the phone. My dentist was Dr. Suehisa and she was just the kindest lady and took the time to answer any questions I had, explained things in detail, and always checked on me every few minutes to make sure that I wasn't in pain. Their communication is top notch and their prices are great; they even had flexible payment plans and made sure that I understood everything. I miss having them as my dental office so much!

I absolutely love the experience. Dr.O did an incredible job on my filings. She's so patient and explains what she's doing. She's very knowledgeable. The staff are wonderful. Great experience at the dentist.

The staff are all so sweet! The doctors explain everything they're doing and are really good about addressing any concerns you have. I didn't feel rushed or made to feel stupid as previous dentists have done! 10/10 recommend!

Wahiawa family dental is the BEST you can ask for! Staff very knowledgeable friendly and easy to talk with. Doctors do excellent work take notices of your personal fears if you have any and make it all better. Dr. Jerry, Tina, Jodie and the rest of the team. Highly recommended check it out!

I had a teeth cleaning appt yesterday and despite all of the covid precautions - this may sound weird but I actually had a great and pleasant experience. First of all, there were great procedures in place to make sure the office, staff and patients were safe. From limited scheduling of patients, to a check in process that includes health screening and temperature checks, to use of sophisticated vacuum machines for removing aerosolized / airborne particles, staff doning full protective gear and lastly office set-up and flows so patient come in through one door and room on one side of the building and exit through a door on the opposite side of the building that I never knew even existed. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my entire visit. I also wanted to share my 10 (way beyond the 5 max star scale ) star experience with Ella, my dental hygienist - who always provides care and service that exceeds my expectations. She is wonderful, always so cheerful and caring and I have to be honest, even when the staff had to reschedule me to accommodate a lower volume of patients during this pandemic - I would not have been happy if Ella was not available. So glad she was and she is absolutely the best ! With Ella and Dr. Suehisa, I feel I am in the best and most caring hands possible and I have the utmost trust and confidence in their abilities and my dental care outcomes. Mahalo !
