I seen Dr. Wagoner yesterday for 2 upper teeth that needed extracting. Dr. Wagoner was absolutely WONDERFUL! He made absolutely sure i felt no pain at all. He very pleasantly told me what he was doing as he was doing it. He kept very calm. He was so pleasant. Thank you Jesus for Dr. Wagoner! Truly a blessing!

Beyond accommodating...excellent service. Dr. Wagoner did an excellent job during surgery and in post care. Highly recommend!!

We were really disappointed in Dr Wagoner. As not to share my daughter's personal information, I'll be vague. Dr Wagoner refused to do surgery on surgery day. Our pre-op was fine. They accepted our payment on surgery day but then refused to do the procedure. I felt disrespected while I was made to wait in my car and communicated to the dr via the nurse/office staff. I asked several times to speak to the doctor but I was told that he was on the phone trying to get a supply order placed and therefore was not available. That's funny, I thought he was supposed to be performing surgery on my daughter at that time. My daughter and I both took the day(s) off and traveled 45 minutes to the office to be very disappointed. Now, I am thankful that it didn't work out because obviously Dr. Wagoner did not want to perform the surgery.

It was difficult to get someone answer the phone, and things went downhill from there. I had multiple conversations and the folks in the office were confused about insurance coverage; something that I hasn't ever happened at the dentist or orthodontist. Once I finally got an appointment, we arrived at the office, called them, waited in the parking lot for them to bring out the paperwork, answered some more insurance questions, completed paperwork in the car, called them, they came and got the paperwork, said that they would call when a room was available. An hour later, we were still waiting. So, I canceled the appointment and we left.

Older woman I think her name was melody, not sure. But she is awful very unprofessional & rude. However the rest of the staff was super friendly & dr wagoner was kind & did a good job. However my family goes there for insurance purpose & they talk about how sweet Amanda is!

Dr. Wagoner has been working with us for the last 3 years in removing my husband's teeth. Due to his difficult medical issues they were unable to remove all the teeth at once. We went to every oral surgeon in Owensboro and they were either outrageous in pricing or they just didn't want to deal with his medical issues. DR. Wagoner has worked patiently to achieve what no one else wanted to do. His staff has been supportive and friendly throughout this whole experience and work tirelessly through insurance issues to ensure we were not overcharged. We highly recommend Dr. Wagoner and his staff to anyone needing an oral surgeon. Roger and Susan Richards

Dr. Wagoner removed my wisdom teeth and I could not have asked for a better surgeon or better staff. Dr. Wagoner was very professional and put any of my concerns at ease. The staff were super nice and always got me in and out of my appointments quickly!!

Dr. Wagoner did a great job with my daughter's wisdom teeth removal. He and his staff were courteous and professional and they called to check on her progress. We could not ask for better care.

He did great on my daughter and staff was ok yes small waiting room but I mean didn't except much being next to other dentist office that's got all the room but the Dr was great

Dr. Wagoner and his staff are top notch. I will definitely continue going to see him for all my dental needs. I had two teeth pulled today. I am one of many I'm sure that hates going to the dentist and will continue to hate it. But knowing now, I'm in good hands. Thank you so much!!!!!
