Dr. Peter Wagner is a third-generation orthodontist following in his fathers and grandfathers footsteps. Dr. Wagner grew up in Adna, WA where he started learning about orthodontics at a young age from his father. After graduating from Adna High School in 2009, he attended Grand Canyon University and received a Bachelors degree in Biology in 2012. Dr. Wagner then returned to the Northwest and completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2016 at Oregon Health & Science University. He then went south for his orthodontic training to the Georgia School of Orthodontics, graduating in 2019. Here, he completed 3 years of specialty training in traditional orthodontics, 3-D imaging, clear aligners, digital orthodontics, and dentofacial orthopedics. Shortly after graduating Dr. Wagner decided to pursue his board certification with the American Board of Orthodontics and earned his certification in 2019.
With excitement, Dr. Wagner and his family moved back to the community that they were grew up in. Dr. Wagner grew up with his father playing a vital role in supporting local schools, businesses, youth, and families. Dr. Wagner plans on continuing this active role in the community while also providing his patients excellent orthodontic care in a comfortable family friendly office. Dr. Wagner is thankful for all his patients and their trust in him and continually strives to be the best orthodontist in the community that he supports and loves.
Dr. Wagner and his beautiful wife Abbey, have been married for 9 years, and have three fun boys, Elijah, Hudson, and Roman. In his free time Dr. Wagner enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working out. Dr. Wagner and his family are happy to be back in the Pacific Northwest and continuing the Wagner Orthodontics legacy.
Brush your teeth by using a regular soft toothbrush. Brush down from the top and then up from the bottom on each tooth; always brushing away from your gums. Use a gentle sawing motion to work the floss on each side of the two teeth the floss is between. Be careful not to pull with too much force around the archwire.
That varies per patient but there is new technology that uses memory shape, heat activated wires that work without needing painful adjustments, decreasing the amount of office visits necessary to complete treatment. The average time between visits can range from 8-10 weeks. As you come close to finishing treatment, Dr. Wagner may want to see you more often, typically between 4-6 weeks during your last few months, to fine tune your final tooth movements.
The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your specific dental requirements. Once we complete a new patient exam and create a treatment plan for you, you will meet with a treatment coordinator to discuss the costs and payment plans available to you. We will work with you to create a payment plan that is tailored to your needs and budget.

Front office are nice. I absolutely hate that they book everyone at a certain time then have to wait... and wait... and wait. Kiddo first in line/checked in yet everyone else was called first. The only reason she got in at 1:10 is due to another patient not being here. Seems to me if it's a checkup/follow up she would be first. With all that said, I'm grateful I guess that they accept Apple Health or else I couldn't have afforded braces.

Seems like a good orthodontist, the progress is good. Just be prepared to be early for your appointment and STILL have to wait 20 or more minutes to be seen. Not sure if they over schedule or what, but I try to fit my kids appointments in for my lunch hour and for a 45 minute exam and adjustment it takes over an hour and a half.

i Didn't have braces when I was a child and as an adult I decided I wanted to have straighter teeth. I personally didn't want to go with traditional braces, so I went to doctor wagner for INVISALIGN. I didn't realize with Invisalign you still need attachments and rubber bands. I also didn't realize that I would have to wear my trays 22 hrs a day and all the care that comes with. Dr. Wagner educated me before Invisalign telling me exactly what I would need to do in a way I understand. He then still gave me the option of Invisalign vs traditional braces and I still went with Invisalign. We were able to switch trays once a week. I am very happy with my smile and the care I received under Dr. wagner. I feel like he educated me well before, during, and after my care! I'd recommend.

The receptionist are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. The assistants are understanding and friendly. Dr. Wagner corrected my smile and I am very thankful for that.

The front desk gals are so kind and always have a smile. My daughter always receives great care from the staff. Only thing is I wish they would update parents at least once every two or even four months on the progress instead of expecting the kids too haha because the kids don't listen well or hear the right words to let us parents know what's going on. Thank you.
