Ive been very fortunate to be born and raised in Woodinville, WA with my 3 siblings attending Hollywood Hill Elementary, Leota Junior High, and then Woodinville High School (Go Falcons!). Growing up, I worked with my Dad at Wagner Orthodontics, located in downtown Woodinville for >15 years on and off through high-school and college. Dentistry has always been a large part of my life, and it's like a dream come true moving back home and practicing dentistry in the Woodinville community that I know and love.
I received my Bachelors in Business Administration as well as my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington, making me very proud of being a Husky! After graduating dental school, Ive practiced at offices around the Eastside, including work with my dad at the Ortho practice.
My wife, Rachel and I have been together over 15 years and have two beautiful young daughters, Kya and Kenna. The three of them keep me entertained, busy, and filled with joy. Growing up, I always knew two things, I wanted to be a father and I wanted to get into the dental field. I feel blessed that I get to fulfill those dreams every day.
My passions outside of my family and dentistry are endless. Im an avid learner Im currently learning Italian (my roots), on top of freshening up on Spanish, and Im always actively involved with learning new dental techniques and practices. My wife and I are outdoor enthusiasts and love traveling, hiking, golfing, skiing, cycling (find me on the sammamish river trail, one of my favorite trails), and of course, chasing around our kids at local parks and lakes. As a true Pacific Northwestern, I never turn down a nice hoppy brew from one of our local breweries.
Sarah will greet and welcome you to our office. Sarah joins us with an extensive background in dentistry, as a former dental assistant she blends her clinical background with her front office knowledge.
Kari graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Lake Washington Institute of Technology and has been working with Dr. Wagner since 2020. She entered the dental field in 2007 and spent almost a decade working with insurance, scheduling, and management before transitioning into a clinical role.
For Kari, the best part of being a dental hygienist is getting to know the patients and making the dental office as enjoyable of an experience as possible. She strives to be gentle, thorough, and compassionate with every patient she has the privilege to treat.
Originally from NW Florida, Kari has made a home in the PNW for the last 15 years with her husband and 2 kids. When not in the office Kari loves to read, try new crafts, dream about traveling to warm beaches, and drink coffee!
Brandi started her career in the dental industry in 2010 as a dental assistant. She went on to earn a bachelors degree in Biology from the a university of Washington in 2016 and finished out her education in dental hygiene at Shoreline Community College.
She enjoys helping her patients manage and control gum disease through education and awareness. Brandi also enjoys getting to know and laugh with every patient that sits in her chair and yet provide them with gentle high quality care.
In her free time, Toni and her family enjoy visiting the local parks, walking the nature trails, and watching the latest movie premieres. She is very happy to be living in the Northwest and enjoys everything this area has to offer. We are all thrilled she has joined our team.

When you have this pain feel hopelessly, but dr. Wagner is the super Hero who makes miracles healing fixing something what makes life happy. Thanks a lot!!!!!! Office team welcomes you like a real family! Sara front desk positive sunshine makes all miracles start happening right when came in. Dr Wagner is a great dentist! Probably more importantly, great dental hygienists work here! I have never had to wait, practice has modern equipment and everyone is super nice and accommodating about my dental "anxiety "

Dr. Wagner takes amazing care of his patients. He takes time to explain things and put my nerves at ease, and Brandi is by far the best hygienist I've ever had. I also love that they use updated, top of the line equipment - it's the first dentist I've been to that doesn't feel stuck in the 1990s.

We've spent many years going to many different dentists that have been less-than-stellar. Finally, we've found a family dentist that shows the same caring personal service that I had from my childhood family dentist growing up. The entire Wagner team is great. So friendly, so chill. The music is even good.

Dr. Wagner and his team were exceptional! As a cancer patient with a looming treatment deadline, I needed to be urgently seen. The team not only accommodated me immediately but they also took extra precautions for my immunocompromised status. I can't say enough good things about my visit and Dr. Wagner. I had my teeth cleaned by BRANDI. She is the best hygienist that has ever cleaned my teeth. She has restored my uneasiness that I had about getting my teeth scraped, polished and flossed. BRANDI sealed 10 of my teeth with a protective sealant material to help prevent cavities ( No drilling or numbing medication involved for that ) and my teeth cleaning all within an hour. She is phenomenal at what she does. You rock BRANDI you truly have spirit fingers. Can't wait to go back and get my teeth cleaned and congratulations!!!! TONI T

Great dental office. The office itself is clean and nice, the entire staff was really nice and happy- genuinely seemed excited to be there, and the doctor is very knowledgeable and listens. Great personality! I've been to a few dentists over the last few years, and Dr. Wagner's office is certainly the best. Highly recommend!

This was my first post Covid-19 dental visit and my first visit to this dental practice. This professional dental office located right in Woodinville is nice and close to home. I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, however, Dr. Wagner, Sarah, Toni, and Brandi were very caring and comforting, and explained everything during each procedure. They are also a lot of fun and made me feel right at home. I would recommend Dr. Wagner and his staff quite highly, and would give them five stars.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Wagner and staff! They are professional, yet personable and really cared about my health and happiness. Working with Dr. Wagner and the entire staff was an extremely pleasant experience!
