Dr. Evans earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2009. After working in public accounting as a CPA for several years, Dr. Evans wanted to help people more than just with saving taxes. With his wife April and newborn son, he left accounting and returned to school and graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California. Dr Evans graduated with the distinction of Student of the Year, awarded by the faculty and administration.

Dr. Evans joined his father-in-law, Dr. Bill Wager in Reno and together they expanded on the 3 decades long legacy that he had created in the northern Nevada community. Dr. Evans takes great pride in offering a friendly and comfortable environment for patients. Continuing education and advanced training keep him on the leading edge of dental technology and medical techniques. His focus is on the oral and systemic health of his patients.

When not working with patients oral health needs, Dr. Evans is adventuring with his family. If there isnt a fencing tournament with his daughter or a mountain bike race with his son they are skiing or hiking around Tahoe and the great basin.

I began my career in dentistry straight out of high school and I have continued to learn new things with every dentist Ive worked with in the past 28 years. I like staying busy and Dr. Evans keeps me on my toes! In the past year that Ive been with Dr. Evans office, Ive continued to grow and challenge myself with new responsibilities.

I completed my training with the National School of Dental Assisting in 2019. As the newest member of the team, I feel I am being trained by the best! I think the mouth is very fascinating, I am looking forward to all the new things I will be learning and strive to provide the best experience for our patients.

I think our staff does a great job at helping our patients with their oral health. I really feel that I work at the best dental office in town and its great to be a part of this team! I know this because I have also been a patient of Dr. Evans for the past 10 years!

After attending Truckee Meadows Community College, I began my career in dentistry, for the past 26 years I have worked at this practice first with Dr. Wager and for the past several years with Dr. Evans.

Before beginning my career in dentistry, I was in hotel management for 20 years, so guest/customer service has always been a priority to me.It was easy to translate that into patient care.For the past nine years I have enjoyed spending more time with my family and having weekends off!

I truly enjoy the staff I work with and visiting with our patients is a highlight of my day!I feel our practice is unique in the fact that we really have a fun, friendly atmosphere and try to put patients at ease and make them feel welcome.

A few of my responsibilities include scheduling, checking patients in and out and insurance collections.I battle with insurance companies and enjoy being an advocate for our patients.Im also the voice you will usually hear when you call!

I received an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting and Hygiene at TMCC and a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at CSN. I am continuously adding to my education through courses, seminars and certifications. Ive been in the dental field for 17 years and with Dr. Evans for 12 years.

I grew up in Fallon, NV where I started in dentistry as a Dental Assistant working in General Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery.
