Dr. Chip grew up in the field of Dentistry, assisting his father chair side for many years prior to taking over the practice in 2011. He is honored to be able to continue his father's tradition of providing thorough and comprehensive dental care to people of all ages. Dr. Mardis is a graduate of Copley-Fairlawn High School and is thankful for the opportunity to serve the community in which he grew up.

Dr. Mardis graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Zoology from Ohio State. Dr. Chip earned a Certificate in Dental Laboratory Technology from Columbus State University, and is recognized as an Associate Fellow of the Academy of GP Orthodontics. Dr. Mardis is an Akron Dental Society Council Member and is also active with the Ohio Dental Association and a member of the American Dental Association.

When not at work, Dr. Chip enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves attending continuing education events and workshops to learn and implement new advances and techniques to help him continue to provide the highest comfort and quality of care to his patients.

A few interesting facts about Dr. Mardis are that he likes to ski and snowboard and has volunteered with the National Ski Patrol since 2003. He has earned a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Dr. Chip is also a former Captain of the Ohio State Pistol Team, where he was a 3 year Varsity Letterman, as well as a National Champion.

Lisa is an integral part of our practice, as she strives to help in any way possible to keep our staff and patients happy, healthy, and informed. She greets everyone she meets with a warm smile and caring heart.

Kara is a registered dental hygienist and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. She also attended Stark State College where she earned an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene.

Ginger strives to give our patients the best experience possible when they come in our office. She is happy to answer any questions you may have and assure that you are comfortable with your treatment.

Ginger has been in the dental field for over 20 years, performing many duties over the years including chairside assisting, orthodontic assisting, lab technician, treatment coordinator and billing specialist. She earned her radiology license and diploma in Dental Assisting, graduating from the Akron Institute in 1997.

An interesting fact about Ginger is that she loves photography, and has her own photography business. She loves to see people smiling, so it's just another way besides the dental office to enjoy seeing smiles all around her!

Olivia is one of our amazing dental assistants that will greet you with a fun, yet caring smile! She really goes above and beyond for the comfort of our patients. Olivia received her dental assisting education at MCCC in their program for adult education. She completed the dental assisting program in 2017, and has been working as a chairside assistant since graduating.
