Dr. Lee is the dentist I trust the most with my teeth. I've been moving quite a bit during the pandemic, and I've yet to find a dentist as careful and meticulous as Dr. Lee

Five stars just isn't enough!!!! Ok, this review is LONG overdue for an amazing dental practice that continually exceeds my expectations in every area. First off, I am that patient who HATES going to the dentist because of an unreasonably high phobia of dental work!!. My fear manifests into speed talking and babbling which is completely inconsistent with having professionals working in your mouth! Well, Dr. Lee and his fantastic staff are the calm in my storm and I would never go anywhere else. My 3 boys & I were inherited patients after Dr. Landers retired and my sons have spent their childhood growing up with Dr. Lee as the family dentist. There is no rating high enough for this amazing team of caring, friendly, helpful and kind people who continue to make our visits as pleasant as possible while maintaining the intimate quality of a family practice. BONUS: A few weeks ago, I was getting one of 2 crowns (yuck) and casually asked why people don't get different colored crowns for fun (see fear babbling above). I was surprised to find out that crown "tattoos" are a real thing! I did some research, located a dental ceramicist, asked Dr. Lee for his thoughts, and the photo included is my personally painted Crown on a crown (the colored jewels represent my son's birthstones) that Dr. Lee installed this week. I LOVE IT and sincerely thank Dr. Lee for coordinating my request with the outside lab to make it happen!!!

I became a customer many years ago when the practice was ran by Dr. Landers was was a very experienced dentist. Dr Wade took over the practice - and I must say the quality not only stayed top notch - but also got better in several areas. For example the hygienists staff is doing an excellent job. Dr Wade is very thorough and cares about quality before anything else - results have been rock solid without a fault. In addition he is always available for emergencies - I had an appointment once at around 10pm on Sunday with him some years ago. Highly recommend the place!

Highly highly recommend! Dr. Lee is great, he genuinely cares about your oral health and puts in the highest level of care and quality of work. My parents and I have been going to Dr. Lee for years and have always had an excellent experience. Alison at the front desk is amazing as well. She is always very helpful with any concerns and is very very quick at replying to emails.

Highly recommended- I've seen many dentists in my life and I can say that Wade is positively the best dentist I've ever had. He's thorough and professional and will never try to sell you anything that you don't need- he's supported by an amazing staff also.

This is my favorite dental practice where I have been a patient. I moved to the area recently and was looking for a new dentist where I could go for regular cleanings. First of all, Alison, Dr. Lee's office assistant, is super friendly and easy to talk to. She made the process of booking my initial appointment straightforward, and she clearly answered all of my questions, including those about my insurance coverage. Off to a great start! Next up: Annie, my hygienist. She was so gentle, kind, and communicative throughout my entire cleaning. I felt so relaxed and well cared for. She paid special attention to where my teeth are sensitive. Tiffany, one of the dental assistants, kindly led me into a new room where Dr. Lee would see me. Dr. Lee asked me about my dental goals, and prompted me with goals that others come in with. He took a look at my teeth and gave me a clean bill of health, except for an area where a filling I'd gotten as a teenager had come out. During this visit, he was calm and kind with me, and ready to answer all of my questions. I made a follow-up appointment for a new filling for the next week, and that re-filling process took less than half an hour. So efficient! When the appointment was delayed 15 minutes, Alison communicated this to me effectively and offered me a Peet's gift card (which I declined, though I appreciated the gesture). That's a VIP level of customer care! Overall: Very highly recommended.

Tried hard to like this place but I think the hygienists have really poor judgement when they complain about having too much teeth plaque to clean. They appear lazy when they are paid to do that, above that there are not that many staff on duty meaning time shifts. I trusted these people with my health but all I get is lousy service with a bad ingredient called sarcasm and passive aggressiveness from the main dentist with a fake smile. Stay away!

Unnecessary procedures: I post this negative review reluctantly. It is not pleasant, but feel an obligation to the community. Most of our family had Wade Lee as our dentist when he took over from Dr Landers (my daughter usually went to a pediatric dentist, with one exception below). For the first few years, things went well. Then ~ 2 year ago, after a lengthy clean track record, both my wife and I needed minor work. Maybe warranted, but who knows after you read the rest. In any case, we had it done. My son skipped his cleaning that time due to a schedule conflict. 6 months later, Dr Lee decided I needed more extensive work. Drilling between two mercury filled molars. I hesitated. My son went in shortly after and Dr Lee diagnosed a cavity (that he admitted was not seen on Xrays). I was surprised as my son has never had a cavity (18 years old). My daughter, 13, went exceptionally for a quick cleaning before braces and was also diagnosed with cavity. This raised my suspicions. So I got a 2nd opinion for all 3 of us. No cavities diagnosed by 2nd dentist (for me and my son), or the pediatric dentist for my daughter. I still hesitated, and waited; maybe the new dentist missed it. After 2 more cleanings and exams, still no cavities. I know there can be some judgment in deciding when something needs work, but this was too much; as they say, "3 strikes, you're out" I'm not so upset about the money though I cringe at the thought of the possible mercury exposure I could have gotten from an unnecessary procedure. What I cannot forgive is that he was willing to drill in my kids' teeth and weaken them forever, and for what? A fixed tooth is never as good as the original, and filings don't age as well. I know unnecessary dental work is unfortunately too prevalent. That being said, let me finish on a more positive note. Allison is an awesome office manager/receptionist. Dr Lee is friendly and pleasant to work with; I just hope he can find his way forward.

Finding a dentist when you're new in town is hard! You either trust the referral of people you don't know well, or try to pick a dentist that looks trustworthy to you. I chose my own way and found Wade on Google. The practice looked good from the outside, but when I reached out for an appointment, I knew I found the right place. Alison, the office manager, immediately replied to my initial email with a tone that I could relate to, making me instantly feel like I made the right decision. When I arrived for the visit, Alison was ultra friendly and helpful. The dentist's assistant (can't remember her name, unfortunately) was friendly and fun to talk to, but didn't waste time with x-rays. Wade was personable and relatable. He even asked what was important for me and my teeth (a first for me) and efficiently performed a cleaning. He was patient and present, not rushing out of the room to his next patient. I never felt upsold or pressured to do anything more than what I was there for, like I have at previous dentists. The entire appointment was fast and easy. I'm thankful I found this practice and recommend it to anyone in the Bay Area.

I'm seeing Dr. Wade Lee for more than a year now. We had "a big project" to do. I'm 100% satisfied with his job. Dr. Lee is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. What I like the most about this doctor is that he explains in easy words what situation I have and what the best options are. He explains the next steps and that gives me a full picture and understanding. Dr. Lee has a great team, Tiffany and Alison are always very helpful and super nice.
