We are experienced in international sales for surplus equipment, and assisting with repossessions of assets nationwide.
We have been in the industry since 1986 and have one of the largest databases of end users, wholesalers, buyers, and international contacts. We provide a quick turnaround of assets with worldwide re-marketing capabilities for all equipment types. In addition, we offer options for consignment and donations of equipment to non-profit organizations.

Bought a used Sirona Pano machine from them. Stopped working after 1.5 years. Sirona tells me I need to replace a part that will cost about $10,000... that's as much as I gave Wade. Their reply is false. I called them prior to this review and was told I'd have to contact Sirona for any help.

Our dental practice, Pheasant Ridge Dental was very pleased with our services provided. They were very friendly &helpful if we had any questions or concerns. Buyer BEWARE! Total scam . He has two different companies Global Imaging and Wade AMG. My equipment doesn't work to date . Three different techs later I'm still waiting for them to get the machine working.

Late last year I purchased a used 3D panorex from Wade not having ever done that before and I am completely satisfied with the level of attention and commitment they have provided me in delivery and especially follow up support to ensure my satisfaction. As with any used equipment there are issues, and the issues I had with the machine were quickly addressed and resolved. Some small parts were broken in shipping..... THEY WERE QUICKLY REPLACED WITH NEW PARTS.....There were issues with radiographic quality..... THEY ARE BEING ADDRESSED AS I WRITE THIS. I get the impression that Wade Asset Management Group strives for complete buyer satisfaction and I am not used to that level of dedication in customer service, being in CANADA. One of the unique things about Wade is that they assign one person to "quarterback" your experience and my contact is WENDY who is my "goto" person and she has not let me down. All in all it's been a satisfying experience. I believe in the Golden Rule, and I strive to follow that rule in my personal life and in business and I think with JW at the helm of Wade Asset Management Group, they have that in spades! The purchase and financing of my most recent Newtom cbct was handled with precision from the onset. This was my first purchase, as well. The date for install and removal of an existing 2-D panoramic was done exactly as I hoped. The install/removal even took place on 1 of the 2 days in which we were seeing patients. They are professional, very quick to respond with email/phone, if needed and a delight to work with. The attention to detail with the placement, cabling and calibration was spot on. Thank you! Kent W

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY SELLING DAMAGED EQUIPMENT I PURCHASED A USED 3D SCANNER FROM WADE ASSET MANAGEMENT (also advertises as Global Imaging Resources). PRESIDENT IS JW OLIVER WHO WON'T HELP CUSTOMERS. EQUIP WAS REPRESENTED AS "IN EXCELLENT CONDITION & FULLY FUNCTIONAL". THE AD STATES "SELLER RE-CERTIFIED & TESTED BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN AT DE-INSTALL". THAT IS TOTALLY FALSE!!! THE EQUIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED AND WAS COMPLETELY MALFUNCTIONING. WADE ASSET HAD TO FLY IN A TECHNICIAN FROM PREXION TO REPAIR. AFTER 5 DAYS OF REPAIR WITH 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS, THEY FINALLY GOT IT WORKING. THE TECH STATED "I'VE GOT IT RUNNING BUT CAN'T PROMISE HOW LONG IT WILL WORK. THIS UNIT LOOKS LIKE A USED CAR THAT I WOULD NOT WANT. THERE'S RUST ON THE FLOOR PAN (see images) WHICH LIKELY WILL RESULT IN ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION. I PAID ALMOST $35,000 & WADE ASSET MANAGEMENT IS UNWILLING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO STICK ME WITH DAMAGED EQUIPMENT. I TRADED IN A WATERLASE MD PLUS FOR $7,500 CREDIT. I NOW SEE IT LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $17,500. WOW! WHAT A PROFIT MARGIN!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! RENEW DIGITAL IS MUCH MORE ETHICAL!!!!! THIS IS HOW THIS EQUIPMENT SAT AFTER 5 DAYS OF ATTEMPTED REPAIRS. SEE RUST IN PHOTOS
