Dr. Andrew Wade attended Upper Arlington High School and earned a bachelors degree in biology from Wittenberg University in 1993. He completed dental school at The Ohio State University, where he earnedhis Doctorate of Dental Surgery, followed by three years in the United States Navy Dental Corps, during which he served at Naval Medical Center San Diego and as the dental officer on board the USS JUNEAU and USS DUBUQUE.

A third-generation orthodontist, Dr. Wade earned his masters degree in orthodontics from The Ohio State University and now serves as an associate clinical professor of orthodontics on the faculty of the OSU College of Dentistry. He is actively involved in professional organizations and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Wade is an accomplished piano and guitar player, and when not practicing orthodontics, he enjoys music, photography, the outdoors, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Lissa have three boys:Cameron, Adam, and Henry. Dr. Wade stays busy as a Boy Scout leader, community volunteer, and active member at church.

Terry isa native of Dover, where heattended Dover High School. After graduating, hestudied at Stark State College. Here at Wade Orthodontics, Terrys daysare filled with coordinatingpatients treatment, as well as overseeing the maintenance of the office computer systems.

Karenhas been married for more than 30 years to Rob, herhigh-school sweetheart. She isa proud mother to Dustin, whos a respiratory therapist, and Brittany, whos a nurse. Karensfamily is the most important part of herlife. Shealso enjoys gardening, the outdoors, taking walks, reading, and picnics. Karenisa member of Grace Fellowship Church and enjoys volunteering in our community.

Sharissa has been married to herhusband Ivan for 25 years. Shehastwo beautiful daughters, Stephanie and Paola, and a dog named Max. Sharissavolunteers at The Church Next Door with the childrens ministry, and loves road biking, shopping, and time with herfamily.

Teresa enjoys getting to know great people and building relationships with them throughout treatment. She believes watching a person gain self-esteem and become more confident never gets old! Of course, those finished smiles are the best! Teresaprovides chairside assistance, to supportour patient while helping Dr. Wade. Shealso manages our clinical inventory and works at the front desk when needed.

Teresa is married toChamroeun and has two children, Evelina and Maverick. Theyattend Northwest Bible Church in Hilliard, and in her free time she enjoysplaying volleyball, riding herbicycle, camping, and being outside with their dog, Blue.

Jeanneloves when shehears current and former patients refer their friends and neighbors to Wade Orthodontics: Itmeans were doing it right! As our marketing coordinator, shetells people about theoffice and the care we offer, but its wonderful when patients spread the word! In addition to coordinating our outreach to dental offices, local schools, and our community,Jeannealso administers the accounts payable for the practice and assists at the front desk during peak hours. Sheisglad to be part of helping people achieve smiles they love!

Stephanie loves to make her patients smile and as an Orthodontic Assistant she spends her time chairside assiting Dr Wade as well as helping when needed with sterilizing instruments and set up and break down of the treatment area.

Born in Puerto Rico, Stephanie moved to Columbus, OH with her family in 2002. Stephanie graduated from Columbus State with an Associate of Arts degree in 2016 and in 2018 earned her Associate degree in Dental Assiting from Miami Jacobs Career College. She enjoys working with children and has taught Sunday School for many years. Some of Stephanie's pastimes include spending time with her husband, Jordan and extended family, volunteering at her church, and serving her community.

Tonya, a native of Columbus, currently resides in Hilliard. She attended Cedarville College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Tonyas role with Wade Orthodontics centers on assisting patients and their family with the Insurance process. She is delighted to help patients understand their insurance benefits and navigate how to best utilize those benefits.

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Kirsten now lives in Galloway, OH. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from The Ohio State University and lives with her husband, Mike and two rescue dogs, Akira and Doodle. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys hiking and visiting family in North Carolina.

Having traveled around the world volunteering for Faith Mission Homeless Center Medical Clinics as an optometry assistant and dental assistant, Michelle is excited to have found Wade Orthodontics as her new local clinic close to home.

Michelle was born and raised in Springfield, OH and currently resides in Columbus with her husband, Chris, a retired Air Force Tech. Sergeant and son, Zachary. In her free time, Michelle volunteers for RAM (Remote Area Medical Mission) and enjoys camping, sewing, oil painting, gardening, and has even dabbled in construction and woodworking.

Born and raised in Hilliard, OH, Sydney graduated form Hilliard Darby High School and enjoyed being a member of Columbus Childrens Choir for 11 years. She received her dental assisting certificate from Dental Assisting Pro. When not at work, Sydney enjoys roller skating, music, painting, hiking and camping, and spending time with friends and family.

Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.

Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great time to wear braces!
