Our whole family has been going to Wachusett Family Dental for many years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the facility is state of the art and spotlessly clean, and Dr. Palermo does great work with minimal pain. I'm not the kind of person to rush out and have dental procedures as soon as a problem is identified - I'm much more of a wait and see kind of person - and they have always been respectful of that and have never tried to coerce me into having a procedure done. Many thanks to Dr. Palermo and his staff!

I wanted to take the time to share the incredible experience that myself and my family have had since becoming patients about a year ago. The overall experience has many areas and I would give this office 5 stars across the board. First off location, it is right off the highway. Super easy and has large parking lot. Once you are inside, between the amazing front desk staff, beautiful decor and top notch equipment; you can't help but feel at ease. The hygienists are educated, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. My younger children have had ZERO issues getting in the chair and getting any work done. And for myself, Dr. Palermo has provided me the BEST dentistry I have ever experienced. He has placed an implant, done a root canal, crowns and fillings... not an ounce of pain, He has a wonderful bedside manner and a gentle touch. I used to experience such dental anxiety and now I have no problem getting in the chair. Dr. Palermo and his assistant have brought me such comfort in what could have been dark times. But instead, I leave with a smile on my face. If you are looking for a dentist or you don't feel this way about your current dentist...Pick up the phone and call. You will thank me.

Wachusett Family Dental is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the dentists (Dr. Palermo & Dr. Manzella) are both really personable and caring. I love my hygienist, Amber. She's extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Overall, 10/10 experience. I have sent several friends and family to this office and they are all very happy.

i Recently relocated and transferred from my previous dental office after 35 years. I am amazed at the friendliness of the staff, quality of care, and a genuine desire to do what's best for your oral health and not what's best for profits. You are presented with cost estimates in writing for all procedures and a consultation of treatment plans. I couldn't be happier!

Would give zero stars. However, there is no option to do so. The appointments are very fast, but not for a good reason. The cleanings are only about 10-15 minutes long so it is not a quality cleaning. Also, the dentist never performs oral exams after cleanings which is concerning since it does not feel like a proper dental treatment. Would not recommend.

First class patient service! Went yesterday for the first time for my routine 6 month cleaning and had a phenomenal experience. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

This place is the biggest scam artist in the area. Your better off going anywhere in the area. They just try to give you fake results to make you give them more money & go in for appointments you really don't need. They told me I had multiple cavities and they wanted to fill them so I got a second opinion elsewhere and they told me the x-ray they took was blurry here and couldn't tell what was wrong so they had to do another x-ray and determined this place lied about me needing to have multiple fillings. I would never recommend this to anyone who wants an actual, truthful experience with a dentist.

The whole experience is Amazing, Dr. Abigail Mannzella and her assistant Alli are the Best! I am Over the Moon, The atmosphere is Relaxing and Stress free, She is Very Professional and painless

Another wonderful experience! Came in for my routine cleaning and as always, Jen was amazing! Cheerful, caring and totally dedicated to her task. Couldn't be any better!

I'm not found of goung to the dentist, but all the ladies up front and the folks working on my teeth have been extremely pleasant.
