I started there because my family went there... however I and my daughter will not go back. I called and was having a issues with a bad tooth... I was told because I had not been there in over a year( I believe there was this thing called covid) they could not give my and penicillin and to go to a convenient care..I did because I was in pain..a week later I get into the dentist and as if I'm not in enough pain get rid told that I need to be a regular patient... again(covid).. but I'm full of stress.. nerves and I start to cry.... no sympathy and nothing. Get told to come back 2 weeks later to get it pulled.. Friday night the tooth cracks in half.. Saturday I can't stand the pain and call emergency line and woke up whoever was answering the phone. No this is the dentist office nothing I questioned if I had the right number... and that person told me to call the ortho surgeon on Monday... again no help.. Monday the surgeon said they can't get me in for a month..omg.. I'm in pain. So I look up another dentist office. they had me in their office in a half an hour.. took the tooth out.. were so kind and caring and even called me later to make sure I was ok....FACT: not their patient and they took better care of me than this place... my family are now reconsidering as well!

Wachtel Dentistry did a great job helping me with a lost filing. I got into an appointment in two days and my tooth was fixed immediately and expertly with no pain or discomfort. I appreciate the quality and care of service I was given.

Very comfortable place to be. They can do everything right there that you need for your dental care. Most important for me is the word "painless". My implant was a really good experience. Very satisfied.

I was taken into the room a couple minutes early; the doctor came in right on schedule and the filling repair went quickly and was painless. It was a very positive experience.

I began going to Dr. Tom Wachtel for my dentistry needs 43 years ago, and the care and service I've received from Dr. Aaron has continued to be first-rate. His staff, including my regular hygienist, is friendly, efficient and caring. I always leave the clinic knowing I'm in good hands there.
