I recently needed to see a dentist quickly. My husband had recently passed away and I think with the stress I must have been grinding my teeth at night and I lost a chunk of tooth. I explained my situation and that I hoped they could squeeze me in as the funeral was the next day. They were so kind and got me right in. I did not see my usual dentist and I can't remember the name of the dentist I saw but he was so kind and did a great job. Thank you Waban Dental Irene Lamore

This was our first visit to Waban Dental for my 3-year old. We had a great time at the visit! The pediatric dentist and his team were very cordial and made sure we are comfortable during the examination. My LO has stranger anxiety specially when people wear mask. But they even got him to settle and respond to their questions. All in all a great place, we are going to keep going back!

Every precaution is taken to keep patients safe, from a big investment in new equipment to the care taken in checking people in and providing hand sanitizer and masks to those that need them. Much safer than the supermarket!

My visit was very UNPLEASANT. After an examination I needed a crown. The ensuing work was sloppy. On many occasions I was sprayed with water. At one point the dental assistant threw some debris on my shirt. I had to point this out to her. There were no pauses to allow me to swallow, which lead to some discomfort. The temporary crown was fitted and due to be inserted. The insertion was left to the dental assistant. This seems inappropriate and unprofessional. The dentist should be inserting the crown and not the dental assistant. At one point the dental assistant left the room to get the dentist to help her insert the crown. Clearly she couldn't insert the crown by herself. I question the quality of my care when the dentist doesn't complete the work. The dentist did not inform me or ask me about a choice of a ceramic or a gold crown. This is very unprofessional. It leaves me to contact the office and inform them of my choice. Again, this is one of the tasks that the dentist must perform. I also experienced a lack of understanding with the receptionist/billing. She tried to charge me the full amount of for the procedure. I refused. I won't pay upfront in full for a procedure that is unfinished. She didn't seem to understand, which lead me to more frustration. Fortunately one of her colleagues intervened. She understood the issue. I was charged 1/2 of the total amount and would be charged another 1/2 of the total amount when the procedure was completed. This was a frustrating experiencing that no patient should receive. The staff should be clear about the charges for any procedure. Overall I was disappointed with the quality of care at the Waban Dental Group. It didn't meet the standards of high quality dentistry. I am considering a change to another dental group.

Second time I bring my babies one year old and 2 years old to see Dr. Matt"pedo specialist ". The front desk and all the staff is so warming and nice. Dr. Matt was very funny and patient with both of them and felt very comfortable. Thank you see you in 6 months !
