Dr Urling is a thorough, well qualified periodontist. He has done some work on my teeth and gums and would highly recommend him I was very satisfied. The Dr staff and especially dental hygienist Brianna is the best, I travel 40 miles to have her clean my teeth. Brianna is meticulous, knowledgeable, caring and never rushes to clean my teeth. After I leave Dr Urling office I am always very satisfied. I highly recommend this practice. Peter Lombardozzi

Dr. Urling and his staff are absolutely fantastic. I've been going there for many years now and I couldn't say enough good things about this office. From the moment you call or walk in the door everyone is so nice and compassionate to your needs. Great communication with the staff and Dr. Urling. Doctor will get right on the phone with you if you're having a problem and in pain. They even stayed late one night when I called crying in pain and needed a tooth extraction. I've had a couple gum surgeries, grafts and tooth extractions and all went perfectly. I have a very sensitive mouth so I get all my cleanings there as well. Thank you to Dr. Urling and his staff for always taking such good care of me!

Had an appointment at his office this morning. As Im sitting on the side of the road trying to change a flat, I called to inform that I wouldn't be making it. I offered to reschedule another day but they insisted I make it today otherwise they'd charge me $400. On top of that the person that called said they didn't even hear any traffic in the background, insinuating I was lying. I get a fee for lost time but life happens $400 is extreme and insinuating a lie is downright wrong. I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Very satisfied with this office. The staff is extremely nice, everything was explained to me in great detail. I was very nervous about having the procedure done but both the dentist and hygienists talked me through it and made sure I was ok. Highly recommend. Only downside is sometimes you are in the waiting room for a while, but it's because they are so thorough

Dr Urling was the best perio dentist I have ever met. He was patient and explained everything to me and his STAFF WERE GREAT. I just had my first visit but I have to do this because of disease and bone loss and he is the perfect person to do my dental implants. He is the best!

I had my gum surgery and wisdom teeth extraction with Dr. Urling. He is a very skillful doctor with wonderful communication. He did an amazing job. As soon as you enter the desk all the nurses make you feel completely comfortable by all means. I refer Dr. Urling to anyone who seeks professional dental care. He is the Best

Went to Dr Sideris in Litchfield for a broken tooth and he got me in to see Dr. Urling the next day who in turn extracted and prepped for a new tooth quick and smooth. Highly recommended!

Dr. Urling is absolutely amazing! I had a very sore tooth on a Sunday, I left a message and he called me right back to help me with what to do with the pain until he was able to get me in which was that following Tuesday! We figured out what the problem was and I needed an extraction, bone graft and an implant! Needless to say he was extremely gentle, I didn't feel any pain at all and the procedure went perfect! His staff is just as excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Urling. Not only does he do phenomenal work, he also has a wonderful sense of humor!

I had my wisdom teeth removed a couple of days ago and the doctor and his assistant did a wonderful job! I remained awake for the procedure, which made me nervous, but the doctor answered any questions and concerns I had through you the whole process. I was able to relax after a couple minutes since the doctor was so knowledgeable and able to address any concerns I had. The procedure was quick and painless thanks to the doctors skills. I feel as though I can call them during my healing process with any other concerns and they will be met promptly!
