Dr. Paul Burns is an experienced, well-respected dentist currently serving patients in and around El Dorado, AR. Originally an El Dorado resident himself, Dr. Burns attended SAU and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, receiving a Doctoral of Dental Surgery Degree in 1990. He practiced for 27 years in St. Louis before returning to El Dorado to bring his philosophy of patient-centric, conservative dental care to patients in his hometown. A member of many reputable dental boards, Dr. Burns offers extensive general, cosmetic and restorative services to enhance the natural beauty of his patients smiles.
Very friendly and caring staff. I highly recommend them to anyone. My level of dentist anxiety was more like a level 2 instead of 10! They made me feel very comfortable and was very flexible with my schedule. I will continue to use this office. Amazing people.
With 14 years of dental experience, Carrie Green joined Dr. Burns staff as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from the University of Louisiana-Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. I have always loved the health care field and I wanted to help others understand the importance of dental health and its direct impact on a persons overall health, she says.
Dr. Burns is originally from El Dorado but has been in the St. Louis area practicing dentistry for the past 27 years. He is thrilled to be returning to south Arkansas and is committed to providing quality of care to patients in the areas of General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry and Bio-rejuvenation Dentistry.
Dr. Burns attended SAU and then the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry and graduated in 1990 with a Doctoral of Dental Surgery Degree. His practice philosophy is based on concern for his patients and excellence in treatment. He is devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of his patients smiles using conservative, state-of-the art procedures.
Dr. Burns is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Arkansas Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a recent graduate of The Texas Center for Occlusal Studies and Minimally Invasive Dentistry.

So far so good, great staff members. 1st consultation ever in 15yrs ! And I have to say, Everyone was very welcoming to me and my fiance. The nurses are so polite and help boost any low confidence Dr. Burns was cool as a cucumber. Gave me a great dental plan to work with to help fix my teeth over time.

I am so upset with the service that this doctor's office has given me. I feel as if I have been conned by them out of my money and my insurance money. I went into this dentist office a year ago with a broken tooth and a hollow tooth. I wanted my tooth pulled they said first they have to do a cleaning and a descaling and some drilling and filling. Over a year and thousands of dollars spent later they tell me they don't do extractions on the day they scheduled an appointment for an extraction. If I had to go to another dentist to get what I needed done they should have told me at the beginning and I would have gone to another dentist for the entirety of the work I needed done. Now I have to pay another dentist a consultation just to get the extraction done that Dr Burns his office said that they could do a year ago. They just want to line their pockets.

Really appreciate the time and effort he spent with me to make sure I was always comfortable since I have a long standing fear of dentists. Always discussed everything with me so I understood exactly what he was going to do and gave me plenty of options to consider. He has some of the coolest "dentist gadgets " ever!!! Welcome to the 21st of Dentistry! If you saw ACTUAL pictures of your teeth (not X-Rays) you would definitely take better care of them! Thanks Paul for your time, patience, understanding and expertise! Would highly recommend!
