Not only is Dr. El-Awadi a skilled dentist, but he also has years of experience running his familys business before dental school. The combined history of dental training and business expertise ensures a patient-focused approach from the moment you walk through the door.
Miranda comes to W Dentistry with 20+ years experience in the dental field. You can say dentistry is in her blood. She started working at a dental office where her mother and grandfather worked at a young age, filing charts. She went on to learning how the front desk works as well as dental assisting. She has worked with many specialties, including Periodontics and Endodontics. Miranda joined the W Dentistry team and is the Director of Operations.
Miranda assists in patient care and communication, oversees our clinical operations, and implements new technology into the practice then arranges training for the team. She also handles the hiring and training of our clinical staff. Miranda works closely with patients on financial matters. In addition to developing payment agreements, she handles insurance filings and paperwork, ensuring patients are able to maximize their benefits.
Dr. Wassim El-Awadi graduated from the University of Michigan with two degrees. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the School of Dentistry and before that he earned a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. Dr. El-Awadi is a board certified dentist proficiently trained in all aspects of dentistry. His areas of expertise consist of restorative and cosmetic dentistry, which includes veneers and Invisalign treatment. His other interests include staying current with the most up-to-date dental techniques, materials, dental technology and mentorship.
Dr. El-Awadi has over ten years of experience in the dental industry. He has worked as an associate for two dental practices gaining valuable experience, before opening and operating his own dental office, W Dentistry. His dental care goals are to provide comprehensive care which best addresses patients concerns and oral health needs. Dr. El-Awadi believes it is important to create relationships and educate each patient, in order to provide an appropriate treatment plan and care. Earning patients trust is also very important to Dr.El-Awadi. He believes in taking a conservative approach in his clinical decision-making and wants patients to be comfortable and involved in their treatment. Patients describe Dr. El-Awadi as attentive, honest, patient,understanding, professional and always willing to listen.
Dr. El-Awadi considers himself a family dentist and treats patients of all ages. He believes in gentle dentistry and is determined to make your dental experience at W Dentistry as pleasant and comfortable as possible. He has been involved in implementing new infection control systems at the School of Dentistry, which is one of the examples of how important the care and safety of his patients and his entire staff is to him. Dr El-Awadi gives premium quality care and welcomes each and every patient into the office like a part of his family.

My guy Bruce is cool and super professional. Their staff are kind and knowledgeable. The procedure was flawless and prolific. I wish I found them sooner never the less I have them now. So if you need dental work done I would surely choose W Dentistry.

I had my first visit and the staff was wonderful! They made me feel very comfortable, and Bruce, the dental hygienist was great! He explained everything along the way and took time to answer any questions I had. Bruce, Dr. Wassim, and Miranda in the office were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. It was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend them!

My experience with W Dentistry is always great! I love how the staff is always warm and welcoming, I have in the past very bad anxieties when going to the dentist, when I have visits W Dentistry all of my anxiety goes away. The staff sets the tone with nice soothing music and their pleasant, professional attitude's. I greatly appreciate that! Not to mention I don't feel a thing during and after my procedure! Thank you!

Dr. Wassim and his team are very respectful good energy. Bruce the hygienist very professional tells you exactly what's going on in a way that you can understand I wish I would have found this team a lot earlier my teeth would be in a lot better shape. Because I would not been afraid to return. They definitely will be taking care of me from here on out.
