Dr. Vaibhavi Patel grew up in India and earned her degree in dentistry before moving to the United States. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York Universitys College of Dentistry. Dr. Patel is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and has advanced training in both implant surgery and same-day smile design.

Dr. Patel enjoys taking continuing education courses, especially in the areas of cosmetic dentistry, implants, and sleep apnea treatment. These courses allow her to care for her patients with the most advanced techniques and materials available. One of Dr. Patels favorite things about dentistry is getting to know her patients personally and help them rediscover themselves with a new smile.

Dr. Sagar Chauhan received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ and obtained his DMD at University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, he has worked in the north east USA and is now excited to be part of the VSP Dental Family.

Dr. Chauhan is passionate about dentistry and is keen to learn about the latest advancements in the field to be able to serve his patients in the best possible way. He strives to provide personalized care to all his patients because he understands that every patient is different and has specific needs. With an in-house lab, you will be able to save time and doctor visits. We can make adjustments to your restorations shades and fit while you are in the office. Additionally, because we dont ship things out to another lab, you will be able to get your restoration quickly, with the results you want.

Your full arch dental implant surgery will be fully guided. This means that we used our digital surgical plans to custom design a surgical guide that we fabricated with our 3D printer. This guide, when placed in your mouth, ensures the precise location, angle, and depth to place your dental implants. Your dental implants will be placed in areas of your jaw that have dense bone and positioned to optimize the fit of your final set of teeth as well as provide long-term durability and strength. Then, if the dental implants have achieved the desired primary stability, well attach a temporary bridge of teeth hand-crafted right in our on-site dental lab.

Using powerful imaging software, our team is able to analyze the results to create the perfect placement plan for your implant and to show you the patient a photo-realistic 3D digitalization of your face and how your new smile will look before treatment.

The team at VSP Dental uses a CBCT system including a 3D cone beam scanner.3D scans are quick and straightforward to perform. The 3D Cone Beam Scanner captures information not possible with a 2D x-ray and produces more precise, crystal-clear images. The result is a more effective diagnosis and treatment planning yielding more predictable, successful outcomes.

With our CEREC technology, we can take a digital impression of your mouth, digitally design your restoration, mill your new ceramic crown and place the crown in one sitting, rather than having to send your physical impressions out to a lab to make your crown. Our tooth-colored restorations are metal-free, long-lasting and extremely durable. With our same-day crowns service, there is no temporary crown involved and you can leave our office the same day with your permanent crown and tooth.

We've taken the next step in the progression of delivering crowns and straightening teeth in the quickest, most advanced way possible. Our new intraoral video scanner now eliminates the need to take impressions (molds) in most cases. This scanner literally takes a video scan of your mouth, providing highly accurate virtual impressions. The benefit is that we no longer need to put goopy stuff in our patients' mouths, often causing a gag reflex, to get these impressions. This scanner improves the patient experience while at the same time increasing the quality of the impressions we use for implants and crowns.
