Dr. James Voyles was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and currently lives here. He attended The Ohio State University for undergraduate coursework and then went onto The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating in 2002.
Dr. Voyles then completed a residency in General and Emergency Dentistry at The Ohio State University Hospital in 2003 and has continued to develop advanced clinical skills through training and continuing education. Dr. Voyles enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, including implants and root canals. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and The Columbus Dental Society.
Dr. Voyles wife, Meghan, is also an Ohio State graduate. She is licensed as a mental health counselor and worked in private practice. They have threebeautiful children, Samuel, Camilla and Emma that keep them very busy.Dr. Voyles enjoys exercising, reading, fishing, and spending time with his family while he is away from the office.
Dr. James Cook graduated from The Ohio State University with two degrees: B.A. Anatomy (1968) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (1970). After 2 years of military service with the United States Army at Fort Leavenworth, KS, where he was the dentist to the staff of Munson Army Hospital, the Military Police, and the Military Band, he returned to establish his general dental practice in Northeast Columbus where he practiced for 37 years.In 2015, he joined Voyles Family Dental.Dr. Cook continues to focus on family and cosmetic dentistry with a caring touch and a results-oriented approach.
Dr. Cook is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Columbus Dental Society. He has served on many of the committees for both the Ohio Dental Association and the Columbus Dental Society.
I, together with Kim, will continue to provide you with the same friendly and gentle care you have come to expect. Dr. Voyles and I have similar personalities, and share the same philosophy regarding the practice of dentistry. Dr. Voyles is very competent in all phases of dentistry and has advanced training in oral surgery, implants, and root canals. This will allow the opportunity to provide treatment that was previously referred out.

I've been going to this dentist's office for years, since Dr. Conrad was working here. The staff at this facility are phenomenal, courteous, and happy to see their clientele. Dr. Voyles has to be the kindest, most compassionate, casual yet professional dentist in the state of Ohio. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. I have not always been 100% on top of my dental health and they have NEVER made me feel bad for anything, and in fact have improved my overall self esteem in the way that they handle dental procedures. If you're looking for a new dentist, come here first.

Excellent dentist and staff. From arrival with Lisa to exit with Nan, you're welcomed with a warm and friendly experience. This is particularly nice when the visit may be for a dreaded reason. Dr. Voyles listens well and takes your concerns and questions serious while maintaining transparency in what needs to be completed.

I am pleased with the transition from Dr. Conrad to Dr. Voyles. The attentiveness of the office staff, the hygenists and the medical assistants is very much appreciated. Dr. Voyles has been very professional yet very personable . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Voyles Family Dental.

Friendly staff and timely service. Always get me in and out quickly and treat me like family. I've been going since I was a child. 5 stars. My only disappointment is that they don't take MetLife. I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason, but I have been looking for an in-network option.

I have been a patient of Dr. Voyles for a couple years now and have been happy with everything. I recently had a bit of a dental emergency and Dr. Voyles helped me out on a weekend, then followed up with quick and effective treatment within a few days. I am very glad to be a patient of this practice.

Voyles Family Dental was phenomenal! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our 3yo daughter as she waited for my husband I to get our teeth cleanings. I had such a great experience there and would recommend this office to anyone in the Columbus/ Hilliard area. Very professional and prompt service as well. The staff along with Dr. Voyles are very family oriented and it felt like we were family, while we were there! I was very sad to find out that they are not in-network with our insurance, after our visit. Hopefully that will change, before we're due for our next cleaning. Easy 5 stars!

Voyle's Family Dental provides a wonderful atmosphere for all your dental needs. Starting with Nan's friendly greeting upon entry, Anna, Kristy and the entire staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Voyle makes visiting the dentist a very pleasant experience. I'm so glad he located in Hilliard.
