Very informative, answered every question and made me feel at ease. Melissa at the front is so kind and extremely helpful. Dr. Volk has done an amazing job saving my teeth.

He has no manners and ethics, the worst behavior I have received from any medical provider in my entire life. And i am a trained surgeon in my home country and currently pursuing a medicine residency here. He was so short tempered and started throwing gloves around because I was a little anxious. He had no compassion and no patience. He also wanted to perform additional imaging test that is not covered by my insurance, and as being a medical provider myself, I can gauge that it wouldn't be covered if it's not indicated. When i asked him if it is really necessary, he threw a tantrum fit again and walked out on me. If this is how he can behave with doctors, I can only wonder how he behaves with general population. Needless to mention, I walked out of his office without getting the procedure done because I was appalled by his behavior. This is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend him to even my enemy.

Who likes getting a root canal? Nobody, but if you have to get one, i highly recommend Dr. Volk! I had a root canal years and years ago, and was in quite a bit of pain afterwards. I've had 2 root canals by Dr. Volk, and i've never had any pain. The staff is great, friendly, and very caring.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Volk and his team who treated me for a root canal. The treatment was swift, compassionate, understanding, professional, and basically painless. I knew I was in great hands and recommend Dr. Volk without reservation.

I have been to Dr. Volk's office only three times in life, but every time I go back it is like going to a friend's house. Dr. Volk and the staff are personable, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Melissa is always pleasant and wearing a smile ( even under her mask). The rest of the team make the visit a positive experience. Dr. Volk has done excellent work with minimal pain. I highly recommend this office

There isn't a single bad thing I could say about the office as a whole. Front desk, techs and dentist, all completely amazing. Both of my root canals were COMPLETELY pain free, and I mean completely. More comfortable than a filling in my opinion. I think I fell asleep at one point to be honest. I was accidentally sent to another endodontist for my second root canal, but I cancelled that real quick so I could return to this office. Couldn't say better things about it, highly recommend!!

From on the phone to in person, the staff are amazing. They are all so kind and pleasant. I had an incredible experience during both my Consultation and when I returned for my actual root canal. When I saw someone's review say it's well worth the 6 hr drive, I knew I would give this office a shot. They did not disappoint. I have an extreme fear of dentists. Dr. Volk and Chelsea (y), talked me through the procedure and continuously ensured I was ok. I have a high tolerance for pain but he administered enough meds for me to not feel a thing and the numbing didn't last all day. I was able to comfortably eat just a couple hours later. Melissa, the front desk staff is very personable. I enjoyed her energy. The practice is clean, comfortable and I just can't say enough about Dr. Volk. I will definitely return and have already recommended him to two of my cousins who made appointments with him today. Sending my fiance next! Great work and great atmosphere. I truly thank you for my experience.

Dr. Eric Vork was recommended by our family dentist Dr. White at Galleria Dental. My dental needs required an expert Endodonist to recommend the best possible fix. I am very pleased with the care and friendly service Dr Vork's practice gave me. Now we live in Ocean City. Dr. Eric and staff are well worth a 6 hour round trip.

I can't say enough how wonderful Dr. Volk and his staff were. During the whole procedure I really didn't feel anything. I had an awesome experience as a new patient. Melissa and Brittany were so helpful and nice that I would like to thank them so much. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Eric Volk and his able assistant, Chelsea, gave me the very best care today and they also gave me a root canal. I am always a nervous dental patient, but they took the fear away with their caring, capable manner, and I am most grateful. I am also very happy to recommend them to you.
